Il progetto «Beyond Walls» mostra mani intrecciate, protese, tremanti e unite in uno sforzo comune oltre tutti i muri che separano gli esseri umani e li racchiudono in spazi mentali o geografici. Così, i muri eretti nelle mentalità diventano tramezzi fittizi, cancellati dall’immaginazione artistica. Si limita ad aprire una breccia nei muri reali, quelli costruiti dall’umanità dentro e contro se stessa. In questa specifica opera, il simbolico attraversamento del muro non elimina la singolarità di ciascuna delle mani: tutte raccontano una storia di vita e sono sottilmente contrassegnate da molteplici background (sociale, geografico, etnico, ecc.). Al di là dei muri e con questa universale farandola, ad ogni individualità umana vengono concessi diritti di passaggio e cittadinanza. L’universalità trasmessa in questo progetto è quella dell’umanità plurale. “Beyond Walls” attraverserà i confini per portare avanti questo messaggio universale e farlo viaggiare di città in città, lungo questa immensa catena umana. Il “Progetto Beyond Walls” ha l’obiettivo di creare la catena umana simbolica più lunga del mondo promuovendo valori come solidarietà, gentilezza e apertura al mondo.

«Beyond Walls» project shows interlaced hands, reaching out, shaking and united in a common effort beyond all walls separating humans and enclosing them in mental or geographical spaces. Thus, the walls erected in mentalities become fictive partitions, wiped out by artistic imagination. It merely opens a breach in the real walls, the ones built by humanity within and against itself. In this specific artwork, the symbolic wall crossing does not eliminate the singularity of each of the hands: they all tell a life story and are subtly marked with multiple backgrounds (social, geographical, ethnical, etc.). Beyond walls and with this universal farandole, every human individuality is granted rights of way and civil ones. The universality conveyed in this project is one of plural humanity. “Beyond Walls” will cross borders in order to carry out this universal message and make it travel from city to city, all along this immense human chain. “Beyond Walls Project” aiming at creating the longest symbolic human chain around the world promoting values such as togetherness, kindness and openness to the world.

Step 1 PARIS

Un gigantesco dipinto di land art biodegradabile dell’artista franco-svizzero Saype è realizzato tra il 9 giugno e il 12 giugno 2019 sul Campo di Marte di fronte all’iconica Torre Eiffel a Parigi, Francia. Con una superficie complessiva di 15’000 metri quadrati, il dipinto lungo 600 metri e largo 25 metri (probabilmente uno dei più grandi del suo genere) è stato realizzato utilizzando pigmenti biodegradabili a base di carbone, gesso, acqua e proteine del latte. Questa opera d’arte lancia il “Progetto Beyond Walls” nel mondo .

Step 2 ANDORRA

Un gigantesco dipinto di landart biodegradabile dell’artista franco-svizzero Saype è raffigurato tra il 15 luglio e il 16 luglio 2019 a Engolasters in Andorra. Con una superficie complessiva di 5’000 metri quadrati, il dipinto lungo 130 metri e largo 38 è stato realizzato utilizzando pigmenti biodegradabili a base di carbone, gesso, acqua e proteine del latte. Questa opera d’arte è il secondo passo del “Beyond Walls Project”.

Due giganteschi dipinti di landart biodegradabili dell’artista franco-svizzero Saypeare raffigurati tra il 13 e il 15 settembre 2019 a Ginevra, in Svizzera. Con una superficie complessiva di 6’000 metri quadrati, i dipinti sono stati realizzati utilizzando pigmenti biodegradabili a base di carbone, gesso, acqua e proteine del latte. Le opere d’arte nel “Parc de la Grange” e “Parc des Bastions” segnano il terzo passo del “Progetto Beyond Walls”.

Step 4 BERLIN

Un gigantesco dipinto di landart biodegradabile dell’artista franco-svizzero Saype è raffigurato a Treptower Park, Berlino, Germania, sabato 2 novembre 2019. Questo affresco e un secondo in un parco vicino hanno una superficie combinata di oltre 3000 metri quadrati e sono stati realizzati utilizzando pigmenti biodegradabili a base di carbone, gesso, acqua e proteine del latte. Queste opere d’arte sono il quarto passo del progetto mondiale “Beyond Walls”.

Step 5 OUAGADOUGOU

Un gigantesco dipinto di landart biodegradabile dell’artista franco-svizzero Saype è raffigurato al “monument des heros” a Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, domenica 1 marzo 2020. Questo affresco lungo 200 metri che copre circa 5000 metri quadrati è stato realizzato utilizzando pigmenti biodegradabili realizzati da carbone, gesso e acqua. Questa opera d’arte è il quinto passo del progetto mondiale “Beyond Walls”.

Step 6 YAMOUSSOUKRO

L’artista franco-svizzero Saype lavora su una collezione di sei giganteschi dipinti di landart biodegradabili domenica 15 marzo 2020 di fronte alla Basilica Notre-Dame de la Paix a Yamoussourko, Costa d’Avorio. Con una superficie complessiva di 18’000 metri quadrati, di cui 12’500 metri quadrati completamente dipinti, il dipinto lungo 600 metri e largo 30 metri (probabilmente il dipinto più grande al mondo di un singolo artista) è stato creato utilizzando pigmenti biodegradabili fatti di carbone di legna, gesso, acqua e proteine del latte. Questa opera d’arte dedicata alla pace è il sesto passo del progetto mondiale “Beyond Walls”.

Autodidatta, Saype è conosciuto oggi per i suoi dipinti su erba, realizzati con vernice eco-responsabile. Certamente uno degli artisti più pubblicizzati nel 2019, è stato in particolare nominato dalla famosa rivista Forbes come una delle trenta personalità più influenti al di sotto dei trent’anni nel mondo, nel campo dell’arte e della cultura. Saype cerca di trovare un nuovo modo per attirare le persone. Influenzato dalle sue letture, dalle sue domande e dalla democratizzazione dei droni in Europa che gli dà un facile accesso alle vedute aeree, iniziò a dipingere sull’erba. Ha quindi inventato una vernice biodegradabile al 100% e ha perfezionato un processo che gli ha permesso di creare giganteschi affreschi sul terreno. Ora è considerato un pioniere di un nuovo movimento di land art. Nel 2019 Saype ha intrapreso un progetto di portata globale. La sua ambizione: creare simbolicamente la più grande catena umana del mondo. Questo progetto faraonico chiamato “Beyond Walls”, nell’arco di diversi anni, mira a passare in più di 30 città del mondo, per invitare le persone all’aiuto reciproco, alla gentilezza e alla convivenza.

Self-taught, Saype is known today for his paintings on grass, made with eco-responsible paint. Certainly one of the most publicized artists in 2019, he was notably named by the famous magazine Forbes as one of the thirty most influential personalities under the age of thirty in the world, in the field of art and Culture. Saype seeks to find a new way to appeal to people. Influenced by his readings, his questions as well as by the democratization of drones in Europe which gives him easy access to aerial views, he began to paint on grass. He then invented a 100% biodegradable paint and perfected a process which enabled him to create gigantic frescoes on the ground. He is now considered a pioneer of a new land art movement. In 2019, Saype embarked on a project of global scope. His Ambition: To symbolically create the largest human chain in the world. This pharaonic project called “Beyond Walls”, over several years, aims to pass in more than 30 cities of the world, to invite people to mutual aid, kindness and to live together.
