Our award winning Pinehill function room caters for up to 180 people for a sit down function and up to 300 for a stand up or cocktail party function. We have a wonderful balance of modern style and traditional elegance to create a venue like no other. This offers a sense of class and contemporary sophistication appealing to all tastes.

Preferred Suppliers
We work closely with a number of premium event suppliers in South Australia. Our events manager will assist you in finding the perfect team to deliver a successful event.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time can we bump in?
Our clubhouse is open from 9am. Your room will be fully set up and accessible 1-2 hours prior your function. Earlier access may be approved by our Events Manager.
Can I use my own suppliers?
Yes, you can use your own preferred suppliers. Please email through their contact details and Certificate of Currency. All electrical equipment must be tagged and tested.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you can bring your own cake. A service fee of $6.50 p.p. will apply to cut and serve your cake.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Please follow the signage to the upper carpark located next to our entrance of the clubhouse, here you will find a drop off and pick up area, disability carparking and ramp access into all areas of our facility.
Do you supply balloons?
We have a selection of table decoration items available for hire, unfortunately, we do not supply or organise balloons.
Can we bring our own catering?
Our kitchen and restaurant are open 7 days a week and all catering is required to be organised inhouse.
Do you cater for allergies and special dietary requirements?
Please advise our Events Manager at least 7 days prior if any of your guest have dietary requirements and we will endeavour to attend to their request. While every effort is made to accommodate requests for allergy free meals, it cannot be guaranteed due to traces in the working environment and supplied ingredients.
When do we need to organise final arrangements by?
Most details can be organised well in advance for your ease of mind and our Events Manager will guide you through this process with all attention to detail. Final guest numbers, a minimum of seven days prior to your event.
Can we have cold fireworks or smoke machines?
We do allow indoor cold fireworks, please notify your Events Manager if you are planning to organise this for your event. Smoke machines are not permitted.
Is there a Public Holiday Surcharge?
No surcharge applies to events held on public holidays.
Do you provide accommodation?
Our Club does not offer accommodation, but you can book with some of our preferred hotel partners. For more information contact our Events Manager.
Do you have parking onsite?
We have plenty of parking and guests can access our main car park area via the James Melrose Road gates.
Is there a smoking area at the venue?
We are a non-smoking venue on and off the course and clubhouse.
Are dogs allowed at the venue?
Although we are animal lovers there are no dogs allowed at the clubhouse or on the grounds of the golf club.
Can we use confetti or table sprinkles? Sprinkles and confetti are not permitted.
Can we use the balcony?
Yes, you are entitled to private access to the balcony adjacent to your function room.
Can we have a photo booth?
Photo booths are a great addition to any event, and you can organise your own or we can suggest some of our preferred suppliers.
Can children attend functions?
We are a family friendly venue, and children are always welcome at the Club. Children need to be supervised at any time of your function and are not permitted on the course or other areas of the Clubhouse to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

We will be pleased to hold your booking tentatively for seven days from the day of your enquiry.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a deposit invoice and hire agreement will be sent for signing and returning. Once your booking is confirmed, we will guide you seamlessly through the process leading up to your event.
