This magical place features pine clad hills and olive groves stretching down to the sparkling coast. Away from the waterfront, the ancient heart of the town still preserves parts of its medieval walls alongside grand architecture. Our vibrant itinerary takes in two distinctive and exciting annual events – Menton’s fruity lemon festival and Nice’s fragrant flower show. A free day to relax and explore delightful Diano Marina. Tuesday. It’s market day in Diano Marina and the medieval town takes on a cosmopolitan ambience with its assortment of colourful stalls and blend of foreign languages. Wednesday. Today we’re off to the city of Nice for the fabulous Flower Parade. Watch as a carnival of flamboyant floats file through the ancient streets while costumed characters throw beautiful flowers to the cheering crowd. *Conditions apply

Thursday. Another treat today as we head along the coast to Alassio, a stylish resort awash with flowers and featuring a gorgeous beach of the finest quartz sand. Friday. We bid farewell and journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast hotel. Saturday. We travel to our ferry back to Hull enjoying dinner, entertainment and breakfast on board. Sunday. We continue homeward after a wonderful holiday.
