Global Spectrum To Manage Boardwalk Hall And Convention Center In Atlantic City, NJ The Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority (ACCVA) selected Global Spectrum to manage and operate Atlantic City’s historic Boardwalk Hall as well as the Atlantic City Convention Center.
