HR is a strategic sounding board for the Management and offers support in achieving organisational goals. We also wanted to stay connected to take care of each other's well-being. From the start, we made sure we stayed in touch with our colleagues and encouraged them to keep doing so as well. We stimulated meetings and gave people the opportunity to share their feelings. We were heartened by the informal digital meetings initiated by employees themselves to encourage and support each other.”
