CURRICULUM The material in this guide is designed to supplement classroom training. Students should warm up properly before practicing. Techniques that require a partner should be executed with no contact unless supervised by a black belt.

BEGINNER GREEN TO INTERMEDIATE GREEN
The Green belt symbolizes green trees. Just as a green tree is the tallest living thing, so should our pursuit of knowledge be, aiming high and keeping the goal of our achievment (top of the trees) in high esteem.

Once a student knows all of the material in this guide, they should pick up a test form to prepare for the philosophical (written) portion of the belt exam. Students may only test with the instructors permission.
