ON THE OCCUPIED TERRITORIES OF THE DONBASS PEOPLE MASSIVELY DIE BECAUSE OF THE STARVATION. In the town Chervonopartyzansk (the Sverdlovsk region) recently 64 persons had died because of the starvation. This information was published during the people meeting of the town. It is known that all the dead were retired. The oldest was 95. Three of them were lying disabled. As they got to know then that there is an unwritten order of the heads of the town to not indicate the reason “a hunger” in the death certificate. They write ”a heart attack“ or “ a heart failure“, anything but not a hunger. THE TERRORISTS FIRED TOSHKIVKA FROM “GRAD”: THREE KILLED, TWO CHILDREN WOUNDED. On Tuesday, 18th of November the terrorists of the “Lugansk People Republic” were continuing to shell the territories of the Lugansk region, controlled by Ukraine. Such towns as Popasna, Schastiya, Stanitsa of Lugansk, Krymske, Nyzhne, Trohizbenka (which was fired also from the tanks), Novotoshkivka Toshkivka were under the attacks. Because of the shelling of Toshkivka from the systems “Grad” three persons were killed and four civilians were wounded. Among the wounded there are two children – of 5 years and 6 months. In the Stanychno Luhanskiy region near the village Lobacheve a bomb exploded at “KAMAZ”, owned by one of the Joint Stock Company. 55-year-old driver was killed.

SAVCHENKO IS AGAIN APPOINTED OTHER TWO EXPERTISES. The investigation has appointed two other expertises for the Ukrainian aviatress Nadiya Savchenko, who is held in the captivity in Russia now. But what kind of expertises -until now the information is not disclosed. After the appointment of these expertises, they have not carried out none of the investigation actions. However, the protection has not yet given the results of the previous psychological and psychiatric examinations, conducted at the Institute under Serbskiy. By circumstantial evidence she (Savchenko) is declared sane. As you know, Savchenko has been already appointed the psychological expertise and even they recorded the results. However, the aviatress herself says that any necessary tests were not performed regarding her.
OCCUPIED SVERDLOVSK REBELLED AGAINST THE “COSSACKS “WITH MACHINE GUNS. In the city of Sverdlovsk in the Luhansk region people are not satisfied with the action of the mercenaries, the activists gathered for a meeting and continued to come, despite the attempts of the terrorists to scare them with the bursts of the machine guns. First, at the local executive committee there were about 500 people. People are concerned about the delay in salaries and “social benefits” that the terrorists promised to give them during the “pseudo elections.” The gates of the military recruitment office, which was taken by the mercenaries, were poured by people with blue and yellow paints and then people threatened the terrorists. The terrorists, in their turn, tried to disperse the meeting and opened the fire with the machine guns. However, people were not afraid to approach and continued to protest. RUSSIA VIOLATED THE HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE CRIMEA, THE PENINSULA IS DOMINATED BY THE SELF-WILL. Since the occupation of the Crimea by Russia in the peninsula there is a significant limitation of the warranties of the human rights by the Russian and local authorities. In the Crimea there is an intimidation and harassment of those who oppose the Russia’s position in the Ukrainian conflict, this concerns in particular the Crimean Tatars, activists and journalists. Russia violated a number of obligations regarding the international humanitarian law, in particular, in the field of the providing of the civil society rights. An here the authorities can not or do not want to curb the self-will of the so-called self-defense groups, that are involved in the human rights violations such as people abductions. Besides, the Crimean residents who are citizens of Ukraine regarding the passport, are forced to take a Russian citizenship otherwise they are considered as foreigners without any warranties of the protection from the possible deportation. Human rights activists are appealing for the international community to use every opportunity to express a concern regarding the situation in the Crimea and to seek to provide an access to the peninsula for the independent international human rights observers. To ensure the rights of all the inhabitants of the Crimea, especially vulnerable minorities it is needed to pay very close attention to the international situation on the peninsula.
THE RESIDENTS OF THE DONBASS MAKE “HUNGRY” RIOTS AND DEMAND MONEY FROM THE TERRORISTS. In the Donetsk region in Yenakiyeve several hundred of women came to the terrorists to demand money. The so-called a mayor of Yenakiyeve promised to go to Donetsk to take money. The same way they demanded the payments in occupied Thorez. In Sverdlovsk local people were trying to get rid of the so-called “ homeguardsmen” and the Russian “Cossacks”. The people with machine guns were dispersing the rebels.
