THE RESIDENTS OF DEBALTSEVE: THE COSSACKS DRIVE US OUT OF OUR HOMES OUTSIDE IN THE COLDNESS. The terrorists occupied a part of the city. «It is in the East (a small district in Debaltseve). We hear the shootings without stop. There are no already the houses with unharmed glasses. The frost is nearly -20. The connection is awful. To take some water the grandfather went to the small river near by, there is food only for 1-2 days, they cook only potatoes. There is no bread at all. In the house of the great-grandmother the new liberators live now – so-called “Cossacks”... They broke out the door and now they put into life their new orders. Another greatgrandmother had come and began to cry and try to put them out of the house. The “Cossacks” gave a candle to her and said that she had to get out of here. And that is all…» - a resident of Debaltseve was writing this in the social nets in the morning of 17th of February. The local residents confirmed that the terrorists had come into the city. Military medical squadron of the 30th from Novograd-Volynskiy during the active hostilities saved the lives of many soldiers. RUSSIAN “PANTSYR –C1” OPENLY IS DRIVING AROUND IN LUHANSK. The newest Russian air defense systems “Pantsyr -C1” was noticed in Luhansk. The complex was removed on the street Oboronna in the south of the city openly during the day. THE TERRORISTS OF THE “LUHANSK PEOPLE REPUBLIC” SHOT AND WOUNDED ABOUT 300 IMPRISONED IN THE PRISON COLONY. The Militants of the terrorist organization “Luhansk People Republic” shot and wounded about 300 prisoners of the Chornuhyno penal colony № 23 in the Luhansk region. When the prisoners tried to leave the prison colony during the attacks and move to the Ukrainian side about 300 inprisoned were injured and killed by the terrorists. The terrorists fired the prisoners with the military installation “Grad” when the administration of the prison colony was trying to dislocate the prisoners. The prisoners began to escape, the majority of them ran in the direction of the Ukrainian side, but they were literally covered with fire. From 350 prisoners only 50 persons reached the Ukrainian block-posts.
THE TERRORISTS OF THE “DONETSK PEOPLE REPUBLIC” ARE STOPPED BEING PAID THE WAGES, NOW THEY LIVE FROM THE THEFTS AND THEY FEED THEMSELVES “FROM THE ROAD”. Numerous shelling of the positions of the Ukrainian troops during the day (15.02 - 16.02) are recorded in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions. The firings were from the small weapons, mortars, tanks, artillery. In addition, from Donetsk to the border with Russia through the village Snizhne the movement of an unusual convoy was observed, consisting of 7 jeeps, one BTR-80,12 armoured buses with tinted glass, covered 6 “Ural” and open pickup truck with heavy machine guns in the back. The column moved at a high speed without stopping at the checkpoints. There is growing of the marauding at the checkpoints of the “DNR” terrorists, who have started practicing an open looting of the civilians. THOSE OCCUPANTS THAT HAD SURVIVED IN THE BATTLES IN NOVOAZOVSK REBELLED. THE DEFENSIVE SQUADS REIN IN THE REBELLIONS. The defensive squads from the Division of the Internal Troops of the Interior Affaires Ministry of Russia named under Dzerzhinskiy block the rebellion of the occupants, who were seriously affected in the battles in Novoazovsk. We ask the immediate removal from the zone of the possible clashes. We ask about the entering of the additional weapons and forces – these are the data of the Russian invaders reports. During the fightings in the area of Vuhlehirsk and Debaltseve the Russian occupation command had used the defensive squads against its forces, that were formed from the units of the Division of the Internal Troops of the Interior Affaires Ministry of Russia named under Felix Dzerzhinskiy. Later on the captive terrorist had confirmed the presence of such defensive squads behind the local terrorists and occupiers.
THE TERRORISTS AND THE RUSSIAN MILITARY MEN CONTINUE TO VIOLATE ROUGHLY THE CONDITIONS OF THE “TRUCE” AND TRY TO ASSAIL. The firings of the Ukrainian troops positions and civilian targets during the last day (16.01 -17.01) were the most active in the Debaltsevo and Mariupol directions (small weapons, tanks, mortars, artillery). The fire was opened and initiated by the Russian mercenaries and the soldiers of the Russian Federation also on the other areas (mostly - with a 82-mm and 120-mm mortars).
