THE TERRORISTS GIVE ACTIVELY MILITARY NOTICES ON THE OCCUPIED TERRITORIES. On the occupied territories of the Donbass we hear more about the activity of so-called “military recruiting office” of Donetsk people republic. The residents of Avdiyivka and Yenakieve reported regarding the receiving of the military notices. They suggest that the terrorists of the “DPR” prepare the “military reserves” for the war with Ukraine. Besides, last week some workers of the Avdiyivka coke plant got “military notices”. Terrorists decided to make of the plant workers a list of “military reserve”. The similar situation is observed in occupied Yenakiyeve, where the terrorists make the taxi services staff obliged “to register in the military office of the republic.” In addition, the terrorists formed the duty schedule, regarding which taxi drivers have to transport the military command of the DPR.
THEY DISCOVERED MILITARY HELMETS IN THE RUSSIAN HUMANITARIAN CONVOY. In the latest Russian “humanitarian convoy” Ukrainian border guards found military equipment. The peculiarity of this humanitarian convoy that in some trucks they revealed not humanitarian goods - military helmets, packed in sacks. Through the crossing points “Donetsk” and “Matveev Kurgan” in the morning of June 11 two columns of 102 trucks entered the territory of Ukraine. Movement of such “humanitarian convoy” again was a big violation of international and Ukrainian legislation. ICRC did not take a part in the formation of this convoy, and Ukrainian interagency group made only visual observation the convoy without any control. This is the 29th Russian “humanitarian convoy”. Russia says that there is food there - meat, fish and milk canned products, sugar, salt, basic necessities and facilities for educational institutions. Ukrainian side repeatedly emphasized that all previous such convoys from Russia to Ukraine were illegal, without the consent of the Government of Ukraine, including the violations of national law and generally accepted international practice.

10.06 Gorlivka of the Donetsk region experienced a terrible shelling by the terrorists who have set their guns on the outskirts of the city. They shelled both at the city and at the neighboring unoccupied locations. As a result, according to preliminary data, three citizens were killed, three were wounded, including two children - seven and 16 years old. According to the prosecutor’s office in the Donetsk region, the fact of terrorist attacks of DPR on Gorlivka, which led to casualties, they opened criminal proceedings under “ Attacks” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.” My parents slept in the basement, - Vladimir says, a resident of central Gorlivka. – The terrorists shell at the city in order then to blame Ukrainian Armed Forces. But it is impossible not to notice that the shells arrive from the 4-kmi technological road, located along the canal Severskiy Donets, from the area of so-called Dry Pits. There the occupants moved back and forth along the road heavy guns - self-propelled guns, howitzers - and they shell Gorlivka and neighboring settlements - Dzerzhinsk, Kurdyumivtsi, Shumy, Mayorske, Kirove, Lenine. And from Bessarabka (Mykyvivskiy region of Gorlivka) three tanks fired at the microregion “Stalsbyt” and from Duboviy gai beside the Kirov ponds (District of plant “Stirol”), three tank of the terrorists fired the city. Montars worked from the mine Glyboka. People saw how in the area of mine “Lenin” “Ural” with 120-millimeter mortars in the back, it fired and returned in the morning the same way. No one else did not shell at the city, and could not. Gorlovka is full of many armed terrorists that no Ukrainian partisans with mortars cannot go unnoticed. Now Dzerzhinsk and Gorlivka will be three days without water, as the projectile hit the power substation filtration plant - a pump was destroyed. And in some areas of Gorlivka there is no electricity.
AFGHAN VETERAN FROM CHELYABINSK: “100 OF MY FELLOW SOLDIERS WERE KILLED IN THE DONBASS”. “In the Donbass we shoot at kids and old people”, the Russian says. In Internet network they released a video in Chelyabinsk meeting with Russian opposition politician Ilya Yashin, in which the Russian, who fought in Afghanistan, commented on the participation of the Russian troops in the armed conflict in the Donbass. Afghan soldier said that in the eastern Ukraine more than 100 of his fellow soldiers were killed. Russian said that He is not proud of political regime in the country, but He is proud of the Motherland. “I had no pride of our army when we shot at the boys and old people. And now we’re doing the same thing. Now more than 100 of my fellow soldiers, veterans of Afghanistan, are killing at the Donbass. We cry that we are proud of the Motherland. I am not proud of the regime but I am proud of my Motherland“- he said. www.euroleader.in.ua

The convoy was heading in the direction of Donetsk. In the column there were 10 tilt “Ural” with personnel, 13 armoured infantry trucks, 2 armoured vehicles and lightly armoured movers MT-LB. Also on trailer trucks there were military field kitchens and generators. According to local residents, military equipment had symbolic of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. PUTIN’S ASSISTANTS SUPERVISE DPR / LPR AND GROUPS IN THE KHARKIV AND ODESSA REGIONS. Russian President Vladimir Putin assitants personally supervise the so-called DPR and LPR, and give them instructions for the groups in the Odessa and Kharkiv regions. The head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaychenko said about it at the international conference “Protection of democratic values and human rights in the activities of secret services”. The Russian government directly manages, coordinates and sponsors the separatists in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Russian President assistant personally supervise the so-called DPR and LPR, other supervise other groups, handing them instructions in the Odessa and Kharkiv regions. Nalyvaychenko added that defending the rights of the Ukrainian Donbass, Ukraine protects rights and freedoms, which are respected throughout the democratic world.
FUNDS OF RUSSIA UNDER THE GUISE OF CHARITY FINANCE THE TERRORISTS IN THE DONBASS. Russian NGOs openly raise funds in support of armed militias in the East of Ukraine. In the investigation the journalists found more than a dozen funds, leading a campaign to raise funds. Although they often claim that their mission is humanitarian in nature, money is going for terrorists weapons in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Among the organizations “Humanitarian battalion New Russia” and fund “Save Donbass”. They use the same tactics to raise funds, which has at least tacit support from the government of Vladimir Putin. Most of the donations, obviously, comes from Russia through banks and payment service QIWI. However, organizations also receive money from abroad via Western Union and PayPal, despite the fact that there are international sanctions for many of such funds.

THE FLOW OF WEAPONS ACROSS THE BORDER OF RUSSIA IS NOT STOPPED. The flow of military equipment from Russia through Ukrainian border has not stopped after the announcement of a truce in еру eastern Ukraine, in the Donbass the heavy artillery remains. This was stated by the US permanent representative to the United Nations Samantha Power. “During the time that has elapsed since the signing of the Minsk agreements, we saw as the Ukrainian border was crossed the equipment, we have seen the air defense systems in the Donbass, we saw Russian drones that are extremely complex systems, which can only be managed by highly qualified specialists,” - Power said. Also, in the East there is the heavy artillery, multiple rocket launchers, “- she added. The diplomat describes, that OSCE observers also complain that they cannot access to the areas, controlled by the terrorists, and “she is very concerned about it”. The United States repeatedly accused Russia of weapons supplying of the terrorists in the eastern Ukraine. In addition, Washington believes that on the side of illegal armed formations “DPR” and “LPR” Russian military personnel fight. Russia consistently rejects all accusations.
REPORT OF THE UN THREATENS UKRAINE WITH INTERNATIONAL COURTS. The mission notes the worsening of human rights by both parties to the conflict. The UN has presented the tenth report on the human rights situation in Ukraine. The report covers the already relatively peaceful time period from mid February until 15 of May. Tortures Russian Roulette First of all violations related to abuse with power by both parties of the conflict regarding prisoners. In the Document they present several eyewitness stories of the tortures: “May 6th mission interviewed a man, who was illegally deprived of liberty at a” base “of the armed group” Cossacks “in Donetsk from 1 until 28 of February. The next witness told about how he was detained by the Ukrainian side: they put a sack on his head and took him to the basement. EUROLEADER 2014 REPORT OF THE UN THREATENS UKRAINE WITH INTERNATIONAL COURTS.
The mission also criticizes the system of permits for the passage to the “big Ukraine” from DPR/LPR: they violate the people right for personal security, because anyone who wants to escape from the attacks will be stopped by the military men. Many old people, families with children are deprived of their source of income or access to basic social services. A system of permits, implemented by the authorities, continues to restrict freedom of people movement. Permit price not official is from 600 to 1500 UAH. They also say about the limits of freedom of speech on both sides of the front. DPR / LPR have professional media workers, trapped by armed groups and the government of Ukraine was accused of imposing restrictions on the media –in winter Security Service of Ukraine made a list of Russian channels, newspapers and agencies, which are not allowed to work in Ukraine. A journalist Ruslan Kotsaba was arrested, he invoked to ignore mobilization. Also on April 16 Oles Buzyna, Ukrainian journalist, writer and former editor, was killed near the house by two people in masks. He was known for criticizing the government, especially in relation to the Maidan and the conflict in the East. It is noted that about 5 million people, who remain to live in the area of ATO experience the problems with economic and social rights. On both sides there is looting. On the Ukrainian side, according to the authors, the battalions are involved in looting. Recommendations They claim that there are many problematic issues with former soldiers. More than 25 thousand are demobilized and have a difficulty of accessing of medical care and psychosocial services. At the end of the report they give the recommendations: to investigate human rights violations, to conduct the investigation of the high-profile murders of the writer and journalist Oles Buzyna to opposition politicians. Separate line - the need to cancel a decree regarding the passing permits to the zone of ATO. This is a very serious document. They will use it for the formation of public opinion on the actions of Ukraine. Moreover, to restore the rights and to get a compensation, they can use this report, while claiming to the European Court of Human Rights. Earlier it was reported that, according to the UN, the number of dead is the same, which was given by the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. In an interview, he said the death of nearly 1,800 soldiers and 7,000 civilians during the war in the Donbass. EUROLEADER 2014 EAST UKRAINIANS IN RARE PROTEST AGAINST RUSSIAN-BACKED REBELS.
Donetsk (Ukraine) (AFP) - Several hundred Ukrainians in the country’s war-torn east demanded Monday that pro-Russian insurgents remove scores of rocket launchers from crowded city neighbourhoods and stop provoking government fire on their homes. The small but unusual demonstration outside the offices of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic suggested that an undercurrent of resentment with the new authorities was appearing in eastern Ukraine’s main rebel-held town. Districts around Donetsk and Lugansk -- capital of a neighbouring separatist region -- have witnessed the return of intense fighting that has claimed more than 50 lives this month. That upsurge followed more than three months of relative calm that came in the wake of a truce agreement brokered in the Belarussian capital Minsk with the direct involvement of the leaders of Germany and France. Donetsk residents from a neighbourhood near the airport that insurgents managed to seize after months of some of the war’s heaviest clashes in January, accused the insurgents of using them as human shields. “You are hiding behind our backs,” some residents chanted. Others simply shouted “Shame!” “It has been impossible to live in these conditions for the past year,” said a young woman who wanted to be identified only as Lena for fear of retribution from the insurgents. “We have hardly been able to leave our basements for the past two weeks,” said fellow demonstrator Irina. “They have left us to our fates.” The event received no mention on the Donetsk insurgents’ official news site. They have previously described videos showing rockets being launched from children’s playgrounds and apartment courtyards as fake. Donetsk separatist chief Alexander Zakharchenko blamed the latest violence Monday on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and the Western-backed government against whom the separatists rebelled in March 2014. “Ukraine does not need Minsk. It is doing everything to undermine that agreement,” Zakharchenko told the militants’ official news site. “We are standing on the verge of all-out war,” his deputy Denis Pushilin warned. www.euroleader.in.ua

EAST UKRAINIANS IN RARE PROTEST AGAINST RUSSIAN-BACKED REBELS. - Back to Minsk The protest rally and tough talk in Donetsk came on the eve of a new round of top-level negotiations in Minsk that have thus far led nowhere and seen its chief European mediator walk away from the job. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe’s Heidi Tagliavini is still expected, however, to attend Tuesday’s Minsk meeting. But she filed her assignment resignation papers after a disastrous few hours of negotiations last month ended when the Russian envoy abruptly walked out of the room. The Minsk talks are designed to help find a lasting solution that would give Lugansk and Donetsk broader autonomy within a unified Ukraine. But the details of how this process should work were not spelt out in the February deal. Ukraine insists that no local elections can be held in the rebel-run parts of its industrial heartland until Kiev secures full control of the Russian border and all of its eastern neighbour’s soldiers leave the war zone. The rebels want to hold the local elections much sooner and under its own terms. Moscow denies supporting the rebel campaign in any way. Yet it has agreed to terms that by year-end would give Kiev back control back of a 400-kilometre (500-mile) stretch of the Russia-Ukrainian frontier that the insurgents allegedly use to smuggle in weapons and tanks. The 14-month campaign has now claimed nearly 6,500 lives.
