Destination • Travel to Costa Rica, a country known for its welcoming culture, expansive beaches, and lush rainforest. From your beachside villa, split into smaller groups and spend a week volunteering in a mountain village, take adventurous day trips, and immerse yourself in local culture. Reunite as a full group for a stay at an ecolodge and cap your program at the beach.

Themes • Live for a week in a small village and learn the meaning of pura vida as you engage with Tico culture, work alongside locals, and get to know your host community. Relax with your group on tropical beaches, zipline through the rainforest, explore natural landscapes, and spot wildlife across Costa Rica.

Activities • Surf with professional guides, learn about wildlife conservation, and hike past volcanic mud pools to a beautiful waterfall. In the village, help build a classroom, teach English, or volunteer on a farm. Stay for two nights at an ecolodge and kayak or horseback ride around Lake Arenal.
