MORELLINO DI SCANSANO
Morellino di Scansano has a bright red colour with violet hues. The aroma is fruity, with intense notes of wild cherry that are typical of this varietal and add a richness and pleasant sharpness. On the palate, it is smooth and full flavoured with ample body and supple tannins. Serve with: Maremma tortelli and cheeses; a wine that goes well with the entire meal.
LITORALE
Vermentino is a grape variety which gives excellent results. The colour is pale yellow with light golden hues, has a very intense fruity aroma of summer ripe fruit. On the palate there is an important aromatic note combined with a pleasant persistence. It is 'a generous and intense wine, with great structure and freshness. Serve with fish dishes, seafood and risotto.
PRIMOCOLLE VILLA CERNA
Clear and vivid ruby in colour. An intense floral bouquet, with violet and iris aromas the most prevalent. Tannins well integrated with the freshness of fruit make for a Chianti Classico with moderate ability to age. Traditional red wine vinification is used. An ideal accompaniment to grilled or roasted red meats, cured meats, and cheeses. Serve with: cheese, roasts and game.
