MARKET REPORT Home sales activity remains subdued in September The latest real estate market updates from both the Cambridge Association of Realtors and the Kitchener Waterloo Association of Realtors report sluggish sales in September. Cambridge reached an 8 year low for the month of September with a drop of 27.8%, while Kitchener Waterloo declined 4.7% from last year. “Home sales were still running at subdued levels in September, which has been the story since the beginning of the year,” said Sheldon Barclay, President of the Cambridge
