Across the 12,000 acre Goodwood Estate are a wide variety of venues from large contemporary meeting rooms, to private boxes overlooking the Goodwood Racecourse and the breathtaking State Apartments of Goodwood House, ideally suited to all event requirements from conferences to product launches, AGM or training sessions. With our close proximity to London and excellent transport links, including our own airfield, we are well placed to welcome guests from far and wide.
8am - Arrival The Goodwood Hotel
The Goodwood Hotel is set right at the heart of the 12,000 acre Sussex Estate. This beautifully designed English hotel offers 91 contemporary styled bedrooms, clean lined bathrooms, workspaces and access to free wi fi facilities allowing delegates to keep in touch with clients or the office. A warm welcome awaits and you can be assured of a smoothly run event.
10am - Seminar Cedar Suite, The Goodwood Hotel
The flexible working space in a variety of meeting rooms at The Goodwood Hotel allows for the staging of a comprehensive range of corporate events. From very large meetings set in theatre style, product launches or presentations complete with staging and specialised lighting rigs, to smaller boardrooms ideal for marketing away days, staff appraisals or specific training sessions.
1pm - Working Lunch The Richmond Arms Restaurant
When it’s time to take a break for lunch, The Goodwood Hotel is perfectly placed to provide a selection of delicious Estate reared food. Presented either in your meeting room or within close proximity in one of our many breakout rooms and bars. Or sample the award winning Richmond Arms Restaurant with its carefully created dishes bursting with flavour, it is an ideal opportunity to share ideas in this airy, relaxing and light filled setting.
3pm - Client Meeting The Kennels
Goodwood enjoys many spectacular and memorable places in which to meet. The Kennels, our sporting members’ clubhouse is just one example. This Grade 1 listed building offers the best of both worlds; the wonderful aesthetics of the Georgian era when it was first constructed to luxuriously house the first Duke of Richmond’s cosseted hunting dogs, combined with today’s cutting edge modern technology. The private Music Room is the perfect place to stage impressive presentations with its large flat screen and surround sound audio. The spacious stone terrace which wraps around the handsome building
allows
delegates

relax
and
chat over the day’s events with coffee or pre-dinner drinks.
8pm - Product Launch Cocktail Party at Goodwood
The launching of a new product to buyers, clients or the media is an important part of any business. The setting needs to add to the overall experience and reflect the quality of the business promoting itself. Goodwood House; filled with breathtaking works of art and set amidst acres of serene parkland is the perfect environment in which to unveil your latest range, special product or service; your clients can’t fail to be impressed. For something totally different, the Cass Sculpture Foundation offers its magnificent building for exclusive events far from the madding

9pm - Dinner Party State Apartments, Goodwood House
At the end of a day filled with business decisions and the forging of new corporate alliances, what better place to sit down, talk over the day’s proceedings and enjoy mouthwatering food and wine than Goodwood House? Events can be hosted in one or several of our glorious rooms – the stunning Yellow Drawing Room, the magnificent Ballroom with its collection of fine art, the Round Card Room displaying the fabulous collection of Sèvres porcelain or the dramatic Egyptian Dining Room. Guests are welcomed and served by Goodwood’s butlers, creating a unique and authentic experience. Much use is made of Estate reared organic produce from Goodwood’s own Home Farm and seasonal ingredients in the menus served at Goodwood House making every event memorable.
8am - Golf Golf At Goodwood
They say many a business deal is settled on the golf course and here at Goodwood, we have two to choose from, both with their own characters and particular challenges. Our award winning Downs Course was designed in 1914 by renowned course constructor James Braid; his tricky doglegs and long, sweeping greens are still faithfully adhered to today. The course, which rises steeply from the clubhouse, The Kennels, up towards the Goodwood Racecourse perched high on the Sussex Downs, gives the golfer incredible views over the Chichester Plain, down to the Isle of Wight and the sparkling sea beyond. The Park Course surrounding the flint walls of Goodwood House may seem less of a challenge, but its tricky switchbacks and devilish bunkers are enough to keep any golfer on their toes. The team at Golf At Goodwood are experts at staging magnificent corporate golf events to meet any businesses’ requirements, both large and small.
12 Noon - Team Building Goodwood Motor Circuit and Estate
If sitting around talking business is not your style, the Goodwood Estate has so many activities for you to choose from for team building or staff reward schemes that you will be spoilt for choice. The Goodwood Motor Circuit’s Prodrive track days include the opportunity to accompany a professional driver around the circuit to complete the experience. Our team of professional rally drivers provide a thrilling demonstration of sideways driving and guests are able to be co-driver for the stage. Shoot clays or game birds in the gorgeous bowl like arena below the Racecourse, set up your very own cricket match at our ancient and picturesque cricket ground or embark on a treasure hunt around the spectacular sculptures at the Cass Foundation Sculpture Estate.

Our tennis courts are a great place to work off any excess adrenaline and the library at The Kennels, with its peaceful atmosphere and plenty of great chairs to sink into, provides an excellent remedy for stressed out executives.
