Workplace Services Delivery update Workplace Services Delivery restructures to support greater client support The Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) team is going through a transition to enhance and stabilise our operations driving improvements in client satisfaction and customer experience. This includes a focus on the solutions we design and deliver which ultimately drives the outcomes we curate. As a fast-growing organisation, we are aware of our growing pains. We are currently strengthening our foundations through a stabilisation phase to support our ambitions and ensure we provide environments for our people to thrive. This process will highlight disruptors today and potentially those we may need to overcome in the future. We will then design and implement robust controls to mitigate the risks and sustain our improvements. We are increasing our focus on supplier performance and contractual compliance to ensure we achieve greater value for money for our clients and in turn the UK’s tax payers. We have recently restructured (see the new structure on the next page) our WSD team which still aligns to the GPA regional approach. The new structure will also drive closer alignment to the Workplace Services Transformation Programme as we enter an important phase of its development. Engagement with our supplier-partners’ operating sites are now based on geographical location with day-to-day management being carried out by our regional managers. The principal contract managers announced for ISS, Mitie Affiliates and the MOJ clusters will act as the senior escalation points for the respective areas until our new fully regional supplier contracts go live.
