LIBRA
March, 12 - April, 20 An intense dream or vision could result in a spiritual breakthrough of some kind and you might spend much of the day in a bit of a daze, trying to make sense of it. You might see if you can find a few books on the subject, because all signs suggest that reading could bring a lot of useful information your way.
Famous Capricorn
Michelle Obama Born: January 17, 1964
CAPRICORN
December, 22 - January, 19 You might attend at least one festive social occasion and therefore you may meet some very interesting people in unusual professions, such as film or TV. Expect to hear some bizarre stories, some of them true, others that are clearly exaggerated. Out of all this friendly banter and tale telling, however, you could acquire some useful information. Make a note of it so you’ll be able to remember it later. Wellness The current challenge for you is to find your balance among the various elements of life. In astrological terms, the elements are fire, earth, air, and water. In daily life terms, they are the spirit, the body, the intellect, and the emotions. Your natural interest in alternative medicine, psychology, health foods and nature points the way to a healthy balance. Paying attention to the needs of your body nurtures your basic well-being.
2
April, 21 - May, 20 You’re apt to be in a very joyous mood and it’s going to show on your face. This isn’t going to go unnoticed by the people you meet. You could make some new friends, and, if you aren’t currently romantically involved, you might actually meet an interesting potential love partner.
“An unexpected lucky break could come your way.” LIBRA -
GEMINI
May, 21 - June, 20 You might host a gathering of people interested in psychic or metaphysical matters. A very special guest could give a talk or lead a discussion group. This could be fascinating for everyone present. You’ll gain a reputation as a wonderful host, even though all you really do is pass out cookies and pour the coffee.
CANCER
June, 21 - July, 22 Writing may be one of your main focuses. You have a lot of information to impart to anyone who might be interested in what you have to say. You could try your hand at a magazine article or perhaps fiction or poetry.
LEO
July, 23 - August, 22 Professional interests continue to expand and you’re managing to keep very busy. Your income is rising, and you could be achieving a certain prominence in your field. Nonetheless, you could be looking for new opportunities. The field you’re in now may not be one that you want to continue for the next 20 years.
August, 23 - September, 22 Travel in the company of a close companion might be looming over the horizon. In fact, you might be leaving pretty soon, and you’re probably growing excited. Some surprising developments could come up during the course of this journey, and thus it’s likely to shape up to be more than a simple vacation. September, 23 - October, 22 An unexpected lucky break could come your way. Something you would never have expected in a hundred years. It could seem like a dream come true, yet it could disrupt your life in some way.
SCORPIO
October, 23 - November, 23 If you aren’t currently romantically involved you could meet someone who shows a lot of promise. Work might be involved in some way, and it’s also possible that this person has been living in your neighborhood for a long time. A friend could introduce you to each other. You’ll probably spend at least an hour talking, and will probably make arrangements to meet again.
SAGITTARIUS
November, 23 - December, 21 Some kind of unexpected shakeup could take place and you could find yourself suddenly being offered more money or responsibilities. This might be just the break you’ve been waiting for, but it could take you so much by surprise that you might ask for time to think about it.
AQUARIUS
January, 21 - February, 20 Your level of health and physical well-being is likely to be very high, and thus you’re probably glowing. As a result, you might find that those around you pay more attention to what you’re saying than they usually do.
PISCES
February, 21 - March, 20 You might be feeling especially adventurous. The same old streets and buildings in the same old town might suddenly seem to be closing in on you. Therefore, you might just grab a close friend or significant other, hop in the car, and take off for the mountains or the ocean. You probably need a break.

90’s supermodels are back
PCA was held last Wednesday night, wherein Vin Diesel accepted two well deserved awards on behalf of the film ‘Furious 7’. During his speech he talked about his friend and co-star, Paul Walker who passed away due to a tragic accident back in 2013. He became emotional and had to hold his tears back while remembering him. He told the audience that the Fast and Furious film franchise was a labor of love and a dream come true to him. “When we didn’t want to come back to filming when the tragedy was too heavy, it was the love of everyone combined that saw us through to the end.” He thanked the audience and started singing the tribute to his friend, ‘see you again’.

Young models like Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid are taking over the world these days. They are getting hired for every kind of modeling job and it seems like the world almost forgot about supermodels that were active years ago. But, creative director of Balmain proved he did not.. He collected 90s superstars like Claudia Schiffer (45), Cindy Crawford (49) and Naomi Campbell (45) for his newest campaign, proving that they are still just as good in front of the camera as they were in their heyday.

Most of us only express ourselves during the carnaval season? What are you so afraid of showing during the rest of the year that you find courage to only ‘let out’ during the season of masquerades? Showing your circle the real you in any season is a demonstration of pure character and fulfillment. To be content in your ‘youniverse’ without expecting approval of those surrounding you, yet caring for the wellbeing and happiness for all those whose life you share.
Between 18 – 24th of December, Pro Bella Fit did a beautiful gesture for the community. 10 obese children got the opportunity to stay 1 WEEK in a Sports Camp and there they got disciplined how to eat healthy. They also had daily physical and psychological trainings. This was for FREE and covered by PRO BELLA FIT. PRO BELLA FIT wants to thank all the sponsors who made this project possible.
“Wear the costume, don’t be the costume…” - R. A. DIRKSZ.
We often find ourselves to adopt a certain attitude during this festive season just to ‘fit in’ or to ‘stand out’. You should know, that being yourself is all that those surrounding you expect from you. It’s nice to know exactly what to expect from your circle, instead of being surprised by a ‘costume attitude’ that disguises all your values and principles which will later on bring disappointment and heart break. Don’t ‘customize’ your character to a season. The metaphor might be funny as we try to fit in the carnaval theme into this serious matter; it all comes down to You just being yourself.

Selwyn de Wind’s Unique Eye to filmmaking Yellow Claw Tour Selwyn had the privilege to get to know the greater part of the U.S. while documenting every single interesting occurrence during the tour. “If we bumped into DJ Carnage or Diplo it had to be on Instagram that very next morning. So when we got back to the hotel after a show, I still had to edit the video and convert it so they could upload it on their social media right away,” explains the filmmaker.
Setting a standard Selwyn’s videos are retweeted on the Mad Decent Label’s social media, which have about 180K followers on Instagram and Twitter each! He has managed to build quite the reputation for himself all the way in the States! “EDM video-and photographer Chris Yoder, who tours with DJ Carnage, came up to me and said “man, are you Selwyn?” Truthfully, what sets this Yu di Kòrsou filmmaker apart is his tendency to go off the beaten path and to find that unseen angle in order to explore things on a much deeper level. Selwyn sees that there are more filmmakers in Curaçao who are at this level.“The secret is to find what sets you apart and have the discipline to push through,” he says.
What it Takes Yellow Claw Crew

A very important lesson Selwyn took away from the Yellow Claw tour is that in order to succeed in anything you need discipline. “These guys

Exploring Human Experiences He is hands down Curaçao’s hottest filmmaker, and has built a reputation purely based on merit. So it comes as no coincidence that he spent 30 days on the road touring with the DJ trio Yellow Claw earlier this year, capturing the momentum of their growing fame. “We had gigs in 18 states and performed in up to 8 cities in a week,” says Selwyn excitedly. Yellow Claw has blown up tremendously in North America in the past year establishing an incredible fan base that follows Yellow Claw by the minute. By: Elizabeth Francisco know exactly what’s at stake and do not take anything for granted,” explains the filmmaker. “You have to see this like a professional sport. Bizzey works out every single day, even if he only got a two-hour sleep, so he can function and perform. You have to imagine going at least 60 times through customs, rushing, sleeping for only a few hours every night 30 days in a row. They may be throwing parties for a living but they are working very hard at the same time.” Selwyn has kept up with them, and more importantly, captured them on film in the way they want to. “We have a history of working together long before Yellow Claw even existed. I don’t need any explanation of what they want.”
me to Compton. What shocked me most was to see so many homeless people in the U.S. Actually, traveling this huge country extensively made me appreciate our island even more. We have such a rich cultural diversity. Our comeback music culture, truk’i pan, fever or drag racing are all part of our rich heritage. It’s a shame people see this as something negative. This
is what sets us apart in the Caribbean and it gives us a voice. It’s something to embrace,” says Selwyn fervently.
Best Moment Selwyn was able to travel for a full 30 days earning a salary. He knows that great opportunities like this exist for other local filmmakers as well. “If you put your mind to it the sky is the limit.”
Documenting the USA Selwyn has spent countless hours exploring and documenting the cities they’ve toured. One city he was mostly impressed with was New Orleans, which he says has many similarities with Curaçao. “I spent 10 hours on the streets of New Orleans before heading to the venue. The things I saw were incredible. There were kids putting on pin buttons on the bottom of their shoes to tapdance. In LA some street kids offered to take

Foundation in the bathtub Except eyeliner make-up does not need to be applied with a mathematical perfection. Instead, use your fingers to apply foundation and dab lipstick and eye shadow to fade for a natural effect. Or go with a perfectly made-up face, including foundation in the bathub for a glow and a little less formatted appearance.

Brush your eyebrows Brushing your eyebrows up can have a big impact on your overall look. For evidence, take a closer look at Joline Braun. Her brows have been brushed up at a diagonal toward her temples. Why this matters? It opens up your eyes a tad bigger and makes your face look a little more “finished.” You just need an eyebrow brush and perhaps a personal trimmer to trim the ends of your brows. It’s a simple move, but one that can make a big difference.

Exfoliate skin A face scrub is essential; Firstly, it deeply cleanses the skin, dislodging buildup in the pores and helping to break up whiteheads. It also smooths and refines the skin’s texture, giving it a soft, supple look. And lastly, it enhances blood flow to the face, giving the appearance of a fresh glow.
