AQUARIUS -
March, 12 - April, 20 The time has come to deal with some of the important questions you may have been avoiding for quite some time. It could be especially important to take a look at your life at home and see what you can do change the negative atmosphere that has come into your life.

AQUARIUS
January, 20 - Febuary, 18 You may find you have a certain gift for productivity. Everything you touch turns to gold, yet you may be under the impression that you can’t provide everything you need for yourself. So what do you do? You start buying everything in sight! You might want to think about this bad little habit of yours. You may be tempted to go on a big shopping spree. But you won’t be very happy with yourself when you get the credit card bill! Wellness Planetary alignment gives you the ability to see yourself for the good, beautiful person that you are! If you have been tending to your needs and paying close attention to yourself (diet, exercise, and sleep) you will feel especially good. If you have been feeling guilty because you’ve been distracted and neglecting your body, such a benevolent aspect reaches deep into your core and spreads its healing rose-gold light.
2
April, 21 - May, 20 You may be a specialist at manipulating concepts and ideas and using your analytical skills to understand any problem that comes your way. If this is true, people have already told you that thinking is fine, but there is a moment when you have to put all that thinking into practice!
GEMINI
May, 21 - June, 20 It’s time for new beginnings in your relationship. You may be ready to make the changes you and your partner have been considering for quite some time. Moving in together, doing some construction on your house or perhaps even having a child. Start making those plans that symbolize the stability of your relationship.
September, 23 - October, 22 You probably enjoy exploring the innermost recesses of your own human nature. In your personal life, you may feel as if you’ve been beaten at your own game and this has weakened you.
“You may find you have a certain gift for productivity.”
SCORPIO
October, 23 - November, 23 It’s important to take time out to reflect upon the events of the past few days. Is it possible you’ve decided to change certain things about yourself and your behavior? If you could just devote a few minutes a day to all the little details in your personality, the changes will go much more smoothly.
SAGITTARIUS
June, 21 - July, 22 If you have been having problems in your relationship or love life in general don’t expect things to get any better. The people around you might find you extremely irritable! It may seem that anything anyone says gets on your nerves.
November, 23 - December, 21 You may have made some good progress in learning to express your emotions. The great thing is that you probably didn’t even notice! But if you aren’t careful, there may be some bullheaded person around you who may try and destroy all the progress you’ve made.
LEO
CAPRICORN
CANCER
July, 23 - August, 22 You love to work, and you will get all the work you can handle. It’s a good time to work on all those things in your life that still need a little attention in order to stand on their own, the things that haven’t quite found a permanent place in your life, like some of your relationships, for example.
VIRGO
August, 23 - September, 22 You probably pay a great deal of attention to what other people think of you. It may often be hard for you to make decisions in delicate situations for fear of being misjudged, even if you know you must.
December, 22- January, 19 There’s no need to go pounding your head against a wall. The planetary configurations will push you to lay the foundation for the projects you’ve been planning over the last months. Go with the flow.
PISCES
February, 21 - March, 20 The people around you could seem much more serious than usual. You could even decide to get away from them and go hide. Don’t try and run away from the gravity of the moment; you may become even more serious than the people you are running away from.

Mariah Carey engaged The Australian billionaire asked the singer to be his wife during a private dinner in New York, which was also attended by her closest friends.
Beyonce planning secret album Beyonce is rumoured to be planning to release her sixth solo album in February 2016 The 34-year-old singer’s last, self-titled, record hit the shelves with no fanfare in 2013, with Beyonce dropping it completely by surprise and doing no promotional duties for it.
According to TMZ the proposal took place at restaurant Eleven Madison Park, with Packer getting down on one knee in front of everyone he’d invited to the venue. They saw leaving the establishment with a giant engagement ring around Carey’s finger. The couple has been dating since June 2015 and spent much of last summer touring around Europe and the Middle East on Packer’s luxury yacht. Both Carey, 45, and Packer, 48, have been married before.

It’s been suggested she is planning the same stunt this time around, with her turn on stage alongside Coldplay at the upcoming American football event the “Super Bowl”. “Beyonce is ready to drop her album at any time,” an insider told Britain’s The Sun newspaper. “But there’s a very strong chance the announcement could happen during the Super Bowl next month.”

GOWEEKLY 04 2016 TO GO THOUGHTS
Stand Up! Text: Ruvette Dirksz
They say that when you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything. Popular quote by Malcolm X and I find it to be totally true. Our beliefs are a huge part of our principles and the way we live our lives. Even if you don’t believe in a higher power; we all believe in something, right? Justice, Equality, Love, Community, Respect and all those principles on which we build our character. A principle is a belief that governs our behavior.
“They say that when you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything” This means that if you believe in justice you will never be delighted by the unjust and so on. A principle might also be an ‘ethic’. “Having an ethic is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do” - Potter Steward. Thru the course of our lives we put our principles into practice and this sometimes might get us into trouble. But still, we must believe that we can make a difference by being different. Actions speak louder than words. Make changes for the better. Never compromise your ethics or principles, it leads to failure.

PRO-FIT Curaçao
“Pro-Fit Warriors take pain silently and fight with honor”
Changing the Fitness Game Pro-Fit Curaçao - Health & Martial Arts offers several disciplines of martial arts, including boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing and Mixed Martial Arts(MMA). In addition to martial arts, Pro-Fit offers boot camp training based on different types of martial arts exercises. The main goal is to increase overall physical condition, stamina and selfconfidence. Go Weekly spoke with Rob Gogulski and Gideon Jonker, founders of Pro-Fit Curaçao on their vision, passion and plans for the future. Text: Hayson Nicholls Photography: Nestor G. Navarce

COVER STORY GOWEEKLY 04 2016
We are very dedicated to our customers. We are much more than just a training facility, we are family. Gideon: “We are currently expanding our facility in order to offer more circuits and create more variety for every person that trains here. Besides amateur training, we also train fighters for local and international professional tournaments. The satisfaction that we get is when or clients tell us that they can’t wait to come back to train again. This shows that Rob and I are doing something good.”
What makes Pro-Fit Curaçao different from other gyms?
What are the future plans for Pro-Fit Curaçao?
Rob: “We specialize in martial arts fitness. This is not something you can easily find on the island at this level.” Gideon: “We don’t see ourselves as a gym. We do not concentrate on machine fitness. As Rob said we specialize in martial arts. What sets us apart is that we have the most diverse range of training you can find on the island and it is up to the client to choose which discipline he or she wants to train in.”
How did you come up with the idea for Pro-Fit Curaçao? Rob: ”I owned a gym in the past. Due to a hectic schedule I was looking for a partner to assist me with the daily responsibilities. I was looking for someone who was as passionate as I was. I met Gideon and he had the same passion and most important of all, the same vision as to how martial arts fitness should really be. We provide effective training and complete workouts.”
Rob (left) and Gideon in action
Gideon: ” We both felt that the martial arts fitness level on the island was not at the level it should be. We had so much talent walking around and they were not receiving the proper training to further develop their skills. So we decided to start our own facility. One of our goals is to put Curaçao back on the map on the martial arts scene.
What are the different disciplines that Pro-Fit has to offer? Rob: “We offer boxing, kickboxing, judo, punching bag and MMA. We also do Boxfit and beach combat circuit/boot camp at Mambo Beach Boulevard. Boxfit is one of the favorite training systems of our customers. This is because not one of the routines are the same.
Rob: “We are working on a training cage for MMA and a new boxing ring. We are also expanding our bar. We don’t want the bar to be just some place you buy food and beverage. It also has to be a place where you can sit, chill and socialize with each other. We are organizing sport and fight nights where we will show MMA, boxing and football matches on a big screen. We will be giving the professional fighting team more attention in order for them to be fit for international tournaments.” Gideon: “We want to further professionalize our facility and training, there is a web shop in the making and we are also working on a one stop shop for fighting gear by expanding our merchandise offering. Our ultimate goal is to not only provide Curaçao with proper martial arts training, but also to bring back the discipline to our youth and see them progress and better themselves in all fields possible.

Playa Canoa Some beaches are meant for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. Some are meant for other activities. While I was driving around in Brievengat I came across a sign that said Playa Canoa. Since I am a great lover of photography, I always keep my eyes open for beautiful locations. I think that Playa Canoa has something different. It is not like any other beach of Curaçao and I love it! It is the perfect location for any kind of photoshoot with a rough edge.
Surfing It is not very common to surf here on Curaçao, but Playa Canoa really is the perfect spot to do it. The hard wind and rough sea provide the perfect condition for a good bodyboard or surf adventure. I’d say, grab your surfboard, head to Playa Canoa and take some pictures too while you’re at it… See you there!
