May 21 - June 20 Mars and Pluto stir up the most psychologically intense part of your chart this week, so expect some torrid emotions and some intense jealousy. Rely on humor and wit to defuse the tension. You can talk and charm your way out of most things.

LittiLucci Born: April 28, 2004

June 21 - July 22 A tumultuous week for your closest relationship puts your love to the test. If you want to survive this as a couple, you can, but it will demand complete and painful honesty from both partners. Meditation will help to calm your nerves in the meantime.

LEO FUN FACTS - - - -

He has earned his following there for his short dance and lip syncing videos, as well as his own personal He published his first photo to his Instagram account in April 2017. He published his first photo to his Instagram account in April 2017. He featured himself in a meme alongside Donald Trump on Instagram.

TAURUS

April 20 - May 20 Try to avoid forcing your beliefs on others this week. Although Venus strengthens your commitment to your own values, you must recognise that not everyone shares your views. Respect matters and so does courtesy.

2

October 23 - November 21 Your words have a lot of power this week, so use them wisely. Others will take what you say very seriously and are likely to act up on it. In love, indulge your sensual side and seek plenty of alone time with your partner. Make your sweetheart a priority. November 22 - December 21 This emotionally charged week is excellent for establishing greater emotional intimacy with your partner. Talk about your fears, your hopes and your dreams, and develop greater trust. With Venus moving into your love zone, it's all to play for.

“Talk about your fears, your hopes and your dreams." SAGITTARIUS -

July 23 - August 22 Avoid becoming obsessed with a new health kick. Anything you do to get healthier is to be welcomed, but you're at risk now of taking things to the extreme. Listen to friends if they are concerned about you. They have your interests at heart.

CAPRICORN

VIRGO

AQUARIUS

August 23 - September 22 An intense obsession may cross the line into unacceptable territory, especially in love. Be very careful with how you treat others, and how you demand to be treated. Seek help if necessary. Power games in relationships may be very destructive.

LIBRA

September 23 - October 22 Get the family out of the house as much as possible this week, in order to defuse tension. Playing sports or hiking together will use up energy in a more constructive manner. Cooped up together at home, tensions may escalate all too easily.

December 22 - January 19 Intense planetary activity in your sign may be emotionally exhausting, so be kind to yourself. Make your home a relaxing, soothing space and don't allow others to intrude upon your privacy. You need some down time to process your situation.

January 20 - February 18 Distract yourself by doing something creative this week. Intense emotions, especially guilt, may otherwise drag you down. Although you probably feel like spending time alone, socializing as much as you can will help to keep your emotions balanced.

PISCES

February 19 - March 20 Your social life could be fraught this week, with allegations, power plays and jealousy swirling. Family life provides a safer haven, so enjoy spending time with your loved ones and give difficult friendships a wider berth for now.

Source: new.theastrologer.com/weekly-horoscope/

March 21 - April 19 Power is a mixed blessing just now. If you hold it, be very careful to wield it fairly and transparently, otherwise allegations will surely follow. Where someone has power over you, speak out if your treatment is unfair or unsafe.

Celebrating Sobriety Eminem marked 10 years of sobriety by showing off his coin on Instagram last week. Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, had nearly died from an accidental overdose in 2007. He figured out a way to stay clean focusing on exercise, especially running. “It gave me a natural endorphin high, but it also helped me sleep, so it was perfect”, he said. The rapper had a great come back last April 22th at the Coachella Festival.

“Singing gives me adrenaline”

Clifton End Clifton End has been surrounded by music ever since he was four years old, as music is his passion and his dream career. Every step he takes in life and his career is taken with his family in mind, since Clifton is very family-minded. By: Jade Mambre | Photography provided by BuzzBin Productions

“I work hard for my children”. A lot of his qualities are results of his upbringing. "My father is my big hero; he is my great example". His father is a man who has always taken care of his home and his family. Consequently, Clifton End is just the same. He is caring, he can

8

defend himself when needed, and he likes to satisfy his partner and his children. In the past Clifton lived both four years in Spain and four years in London, but is currently living in the Netherlands. He consciously chose to focus on his children and wanted them to grow

up amongst family. Presently, being a singer is Clifton’s occupation, and he is working on developing his own music and style with the production team BuzzBin Production. Aside from that, he guides rappers and singers of different ethnicities towards a production.

GOWEEKLY 17 2018 COVER STORY

Introduction to music At the age of four Clifton used to play his brother’s recorder and practiced melodies he heard in TV commercials. His kindergarten teacher and her husband Harry Moen sensed his potential and provided the opportunity for Clifton to sing at his brother’s kindergarten graduation. “It seems like it was just a little happening, but for me it was show time!” Harry Moen was his inspiration when it comes to music instruments, even though he had little experience with him. Clifton continued exploring music and played guitar and quarto. Around the age of 10, Clifton’s teacher heard him sing and asked him to sing in a megaphone on a school trip to Bandabou. That is when people and Clifton himself started to discover his voice. After that, he started singing mariachi and representing his school in different festivals.

No university His decision to not attend university came right after he was discouraged when seeking the opportunity to study music abroad. “I was very disappointed by the reaction I received”. Clifton End decided to choose another route and headed to Spain to learn from the streets, which is a choice he does not regret making.

Group experiences and acquired knowledge Clifton End was a part of many musical groups like, Genesis, Ebony Power, Cache and Gio. “They are all so diverse, both the groups and their musical techniques”. He discovered

the strength of his voice in Genesis, and also how to entertain an “Antillean audience”. When he was a member of Ebony Power, he had the opportunity to work with his idol, Tony Sherman. “I also learned how to work with people of different ethnic backgrounds. My father grew up with the mentality of “people are people”, and there are no distinctions between black and white”. Clifton doesn’t care about the color of people’s skin; he focusses on working together.

Genres and languages Kizomba, R&B, and soul are the genres Clifton is currently focused on. Due to the diversity of the different bands he was a part of in the past, he is now able to explore different genres as a singer. “Curaçao is a very diverse island, and due to the different cultures we have in our blood we can jump into different genres” and use different languages. Clifton is presently in an experimental phase and trying to focus on one genre, namely, kizomba.

competition. He simply received a phone call after a friend of his, Obed, signed him up and told him he has nothing to lose. Clifton met people with incredible voices. “It was an amazing experience”.

Future Clifton is currently working on two projects, which are: to give Curaçao’s old songs a twist, and experimenting with kizomba and introducing it in a different way. He wants people to remember his charisma, as to him it is not only about the singing. Clifton wants Curaçao’s future generation to grow up with more sympathy and positivity. “Let’s work on our future. One can’t change the world, but if everyone contributes with one gravel, I know that we will make a difference”.

Favorite thing of being a singer “Which part I don’t like? He enjoys every second of being a singer. Clifton even tends to embrace bad experiences, “as they are necessary to get to something better”. Singing and his family are and will always be his motivations and inspirations throughout his life and career.

The voice of Holland 2014 As funny as it may sound, Clifton didn’t sign himself up for this
