PISCES
February, 19 - March, 20 Your unique way of thinking will solve a problem no one else can - leading to an incredible opportunity you didn’t see coming. Embrace this change, Pisces, and have confidence in your abilities!
ARIES
March 21, – April 19 Be careful, sometimes you’ll wind up thinking too much, and that can prevent you from taking action until it’s too late, and complicating things that are actually much simpler than they appear.

GEMINI
May, 21 - June, 20 You’re the one who gets the calls from the friends who have a problem and need a sympathetic ear. And you’re really good at it! You have the ability to make people feel better just by listening. That’s a valuable skill. Just be careful not to let the needs of others eclipse your own. You need to listen to yourself, too!
LOVE Just because you think you understand what it's like to be in love doesn't mean you know how it actually feel. Being able to describe real love isn't the same as having experienced it. Wait until you're in a better space to think about starting a new relationship. Don’t rush things.

"This month is one of great change for you, in all the right ways" LEO -
VIRGO
August, 23 - September, 22 You’re fiercely loyal and you want to make all of your loved ones happy, but sometimes managing those relationships and letting your loved ones make their own choices can be hard. Giving someone a bit of space and trusting them to make their own decisions is, actually, the best way to support them.
LIBRA
September, 23 - October, 22 You’ll reconnect with someone very special this month - but it might not necessarily be another person; you might finally reconnect with yourself. Embrace it with your whole heart. You are strong and intelligent, even though you often forget that.
SCORPIO
October, 23 - November, 22 You’ll be asked to draw on your inner strength this month with a unique challenge, and you’ll rise to the occasion. Remember everything you’ve already been through, and how much awesomeness you’ve pulled off over the years.

April, 20 - May, 20 Sometimes it seems like it’s all gone too fast. You find yourself thinking that you’ve missed out on something, or that you’re not taking the time to appreciate the present. In fact, though, all that worrying is the thing getting in the way of your appreciation of the present. Stay in the moment and let things come. June, 21 - July, 22 It’s in your nature to be sensitive and creative, but sometimes, those traits can make things seem overwhelming, and you feel like you can’t do anything at all. Remember that your sensitivity to what’s happening around you is a great asset in determining what’s really going on. July, 23 - August, 22 All those balls in the air will finally fall into place, and your life will regain its stability and peace. You will finally be in the right place to achieve all you’ve been meaning to. This month is one of great change for you, in all the right ways.
November, 23 - December, 21 You’ve always been multifaceted, Sagittarius, but lately you might be feeling like everything is a bit much, and you might be wondering how to handle all the different aspects of your life. Don’t worry, you’ll be fine! It’s just important to remember everything you’ve already been through. December, 22 - January, 19 When people tell you to stop worrying, you’re the person who looks at them like they’re crazy. Of course you need to worry! How else will you make sure every single thing is in order? Well, you don’t! There’s plenty you can control, and you’re holding those things down super-well! But you need to learn to let that stuff go. January, 20 - February, 18 You might find that something seems to be missing. Pay attention to that missing piece, because it might be the thing that you need to feel more complete. Maybe it’s a friend or relative you haven’t seen in a while, or maybe it’s something less tangible.

Beyoncé threatens 15-year-old fan with lawsuit
YDK Iamdeathrow starring in ‘Sooner or Later’ video
Beyoncé recently sent a legal letter to the 15-yearold fan, named Ollie, via her legal team, asking him to immediately stop selling any products that would violate any of her trademarks, else he would be sued. Now that he’s complied with the terms of the 'cease and desist' letter, there’s nothing he should be afraid of. Beyoncé’s lawyers won’t proceed with the lawsuit.

Tia revealed on The Meredith Vieira Show: "My brother, he played Teddy (on Full House), and so we would always go and visit the set", Tia said. "We would actually babysit the Olsen twins... The producers that would hang around on the set, they're like, "These girls, they're so adorable". We even did a guest spot on Full House. It's kind of like where we got our first start".
Actor and stunt rider, Iamdeathrow was in Toronto, Canada to shoot this dope video clip, ‘Sooner or Later’ by Mia Martina feat. Kent Jones. The video clip will be released this month, so stay tuned! Follow Iamdeathrow on FB and Instagram for more.

'Beyoncé Capital' was a very popular Beyoncé fan account on Twitter with over 12k followers, whose owner also possessed a popular Beyoncé-inspired clothing line sold online. This micro-empire had been goingon for a year now and the money was allegedly pouring in decent amounts.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's parents enlisted another famous pair of twin sisters during the Olsens' turn on Full House: Tia and Tamera Mowry of ‘Sister, Sister.’

Texas Alaparia This year, Texas Alaparia will celebrate its 35th anniversary! Texas Alaparia is a Tex-Mex restaurant, with 3 locations on the island. When we stepped in at Texas Alaparia Sta. Rosa, we were welcomed by the very attentive and friendly staff. We started off with some delicious quesadillas, followed by the King Platter. The King platter for 2, includes BBQ ribs, steak, pork chops and chicken with 2 portion of French fries, coleslaw, 4 slices of fried ‘funchi’ and homemade peanut sauce. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the ribs are the best we’ve had in a long time! They definitely have the best fried ‘funchi’ on the island. We also had the homemade sangria. It was so good! The great atmosphere, top notch food and the value for the money, makes Texas Alaparia a go to for Grill and Mexican food. We will definitely visit again to try their tenderloin (with a re-invented recipe). We had a great time, we highly recommend you to visit them! Texas Alaparia is open daily from 11am till 11pm at the following locations: Saliña, Schottegatweg-Oost, Tel: 461-6616 Sta. Maria, F.D. Rooseveltwe, Tel: 868-0916 Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosaweg 136, Tel: 767-0916 Texas.Alaparia

GOWEEKLY 23 2017 COVER STORY
Tell us about the revolution of Menasa. How did it all start? It all started as a joke (meaning having fun) with a couple of friends at home, playing around with a new music software called Scream Tracker. Around that same time, we started a DJ team called 'Spike Sound'. We started playing with 'real' turntables and vinyl records. We played at various house parties and it was crazy fun. Then we started making remixes of popular songs on the radio. This is where I came up with the name 'DJ Menace'. It was the movies 'Menace 2 Society' and ‘Don't Be a Menace' (my favorite movies back then) that inspired me to use this name. After school we gathered at my house and made spoofs of famous hit songs and this was the beginning of 'Immo-
8
rales'. We started recording songs at my house, so I quickly became the 'producer' of the group. They started calling me 'Menasa' (the papiamentu version of Menace). I recorded, mixed and mastered the songs. After finishing high school, I moved to Holland where I started exploring the art of beat making. ‘Immorales’ became a big success and I moved to Miami to study Creative Music Production and Business. I learned a lot, not only about the production of music, but also music marketing and business. After my studies I had to move back to Curaꞔao, but I wanted to have a plan B if music didn't work out. So I moved back to Holland to do another study: Financial Services Management (Banking & Insurances). Yes, this was the opposite direction of music. But in
MEN the meantime, I continued producing, and making radio hits for various local artists. I started a group 'Tony Montana Music' which quickly rose to the top and hit a home run with the single 'Bala' which has a local record of 21 million views on YouTube. After this, the main focus was on 'Menasa' as a solo artist/DJ/Producer so I went back to the roots and started spinning again.
Did you always want to be a DJ, and music producer? When I was a kid, I wanted to be a doctor, but since I started DJ-ing and making beats, I never wanted to do anything other than that. So in a way I am a doctor, a doctor in Beats. :-)
What’s the biggest 'pinch me' moment in your career so far?
COVER STORY GOWEEKLY 23 2017
The multi-talented DJ and producer, Menasa, started his music career with the group Immorales but then he quickly branched out on his own and has produced hits for big names in the Urban Music Industry. His single ‘Bala’ with Tony Montana Music became an international hit with more than 20M views on YouTube. This summer, Menasa will perform at the biggest festivals in Europe, Tomorrowland and Solar Festival. Read all about it here! Editor: Sendeliz Gibbes | Photography: Michiel Fischer
NASA The biggest moment was when I signed my first record deal with Talent Beach Records and Distribution deal with Universal.
You’ve accomplished a lot in your career as a DJ, and producer. What’s your key to success? Determination, focus and last but not least perseverance. In other words: Do what you love to do, master it and don’t let anyone or anything stop you from doing that!
This summer you will play at Tomorrowland, and Solar Festival, two of the biggest festivals in Europe! How does it

feel, especially when you come from a small island like Curaçao? Tomorrowland is a DJ/producers' biggest dream event come true. Besides that, Tomorrowland is a gateway for DJs that creates a lot of new opportunities. I feel great and blessed to be a part of this and I am happy to represent my island at this big event.
What are your expectations for these 2 shows? I have great expectations. I'm currently working on the intro and tracklist, which includes a few exclusive Menasa bootlegs and remixes. The idea is to bring the Caribbean vibe to Belgium. For 45 minutes I will take the crowd
to a wild beach party in Curaçao.
Your first official EP collaboration with Cesqeaux, when will it be released? And do you have more projects coming soon? My first EP with Cesqeaux (Barong Family label) will be released in July and I will debut the songs in my show at Tomorrowland. The EP has a unique combination of different flavours of music: Trap, Moombahton and Bubbling. Besides this project, I'm releasing my solo EP: 'Black Magic'. This is an EP of hardcore Menasa flavoured Moombahtons. The EP has a few featured artists like Yung Felix, Ghetto Flow, Rino Sambo, Kuenta i Tambu, Alex Sargo and DJ Moortje.

ART RULES GOWEEKLY 23 2017
Meet Art Rules Student Neel Manglani This week we are introducing Neel Manglani, a 17-year-old student who just finished his Central Exams and like many of his peers is prepping to go abroad for his studies. This Art Rules theater student intends on focusing fully on acting and filmmaking after he finishes his Bachelor in Computer Science. “Theater and the art of performing is near and dear to me. Being a student takes a toll on your emotional health, I find that practicing my art really helps me ground myself, explains Neel who uses techniques of theater every day.” How has Art Rules impacted your life? I was already 15 when I attended Art Rules for the first time in 2015. I was surrounded by people who love theatre as much as I do. It is a natural environment where you can be yourself. I still keep in touch and through this network I got my first real role in the musical Grease last year! What role does art play in your life? A growing ambition of mine is to pursue a career in acting. I feel a genuine connection every time I step on a stage in front of an audience or a camera. Alongside that, I find the art of filmmaking really interesting as what happens behind the camera is as important than what happens in front of it.
What can you tell other young artistically inclined individuals about Art Rules? The one thing I can tell young individuals who want to try Art Rules is Just do it! It may be really intimidating at first seeing all those professionals but I assure you, if you’re serious about what you love, it will all work out and you will love it.
Art Rules Curaçao 2017 This year Art Rules offers workshops in 7 different Art disciplines, DJ, Music & Performance, Creative Writing, Creative Media, Dance, Theater and the exciting new workshop, Fashion! All workshops are taught by professional Artists and Educators from around the world. Don’t miss this opportunity! Visit artrules.org and APPLY!
