Nicole Scherzinger Born: June 29, 1978
FACTS - Her real name is Nicole Prescovia Elikolani Valiente - She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii - She dropped out of school to pursue a musical career. - She won Dancing with the Stars 2010. - She is also an ambassador for UNICEF and a global ambassador for the Special Olympics and is involved in charitable activities. - She was in a long-term relationship with Formula 1 racer Lewis Hamilton.
April 20 - May 20 Something which crops up at work is likely to impact on your closest relationship. Pushing ahead in your career is tough if you don't have your sweetheart's support, so take time to talk things over honestly and thoroughly.
CANCER
June 21 - July 22 Instead of hankering after what you want but cannot have, practice gratitude for what you already do have. This week's energy is about finding and celebrating your many blessings. Turn negativity into positivity through the power of thought.
LEO
July 23 - August 22 Discord in a relationship is more likely if you dig in your heels. Try to be flexible, even where you strongly disagree with your sweetheart. You don't have to clone one another's thoughts to be compatible, but you do have to be respectful.
VIRGO
August 23 - September 22 You're sacrificing too much. You are a very dutiful person, but not even you can look after the whole world. Try to delegate some of your personal and family responsibilities. You don't have to do all this alone.
LIBRA GEMINI
May 21 - June 20 There's a conflict this week between your public and your private life, or between what you say and what you do. It's important now that you are whiter than white in terms of your behavior. Uphold high standards and expect others to do likewise.
2
September 23 - October 22 Don't allow others to lead you astray. Peer pressure is a very real thing, even for adults, but it's important that you know when to step away. Don't be pushed into anything dangerous, illegal, unethical or just plain unsavory.
October 23 - November 21 Look to the mistakes of the past if you want to make wise choices in the future. In some ways, history is repeating itself this week. Learn from what has gone before. If you don't, you'll keep on running into the same old obstacles. November 22 - December 21 Avoid bluffing your way through something important this week. If it matters, then take time to do it properly, or to learn what you have to learn. Procedures and rules matter right now. Break them at your peril. It's not the time to take a chance.
“Don't allow others to lead you astray" LIBRA -
CAPRICORN
December 22 - January 19 Resources are stretched this week, both financially and practically. It may be prudent to change your plans and to allow extra time to get one particular goal sorted out. Stay flexible. Look to make progress in other plans in the meantime.
AQUARIUS
January 20 - February 18 Drop the mask and reveal who you truly are. It's comforting to hide behind an image at the moment, but that won't help you personally or professionally. Speak up and be true to yourself; then you'll find people much more welcoming and accepting.
PISCES
February 19 - March 20 Don't be afraid to suggest imaginative or innovative solutions to a problem. Just because something hasn't been done before doesn't mean it might not work this time. This applies to both your personal and professional life. Try something different!
Source: new.theastrologer.com/weekly-horoscope/
March 21 - April 19 There is a lot of jealousy around someone's flirting. If it's you doing the flirting, beware of playing with fire. If it's your partner, figure out how much you're prepared to tolerate and whether there's a real risk. Don't over-react.

Last week Kim Kardashian returned back to Paris for the very first time since she was bruttaly robbed in October 2016. Together with her husband Kanye West , sister Kylie and her boyfriend Travis Scott, they were photographed attending the Louis Vuitton Menswear spring-summer 2019 Paris Fashion Week show in honor of West's friend, designer Virgil Abloh. "It was such an emotional trip!" the mother of three wrote on her app on Friday. "For me, it was the perfect time to come back to a place where I fell in love, but also a place where I suffered great trauma."

Demi Lovato shared a pic of her new tattoo on social media four days after she revealed that she had relapsed six years into her sobriety. “Free,” the 25-year-old singer’s new ink reads. The four-letter word is written in script and located on her finger. Lovato shared a selfie of the tattoo on her Instagram Story. Lovato, who has more than 20 tattoos on her body, revealed that multiple members of her team also got the new “Free” ink. “The team that tats together stays together.”
On Sunday June 24th, Lovato took stage at the Rock in Rio Lisboa festival where she performed ‘Sober’, her powerful new song, for the very first time. “Tonight I took the stage, a new person with a new life,” Lovato wrote alongside a clip of her performance. In the clip, Lovato begins to cry as she sings the lyrics “And I’m sorry for the fans / I lost who watched me fall again / I wanna be a role model, but I’m only human.” Lovato got more emotional as the audience cheered her on

Think of meetings, graduations, birthday parties, holy communions, anniversaries, you name it! These events are all part of the social aspect of their local market. “I love the variety, because I work with different departments” says Sadira Baetens, Associate Director of Catering & Convention Service. There’s truly never a dull moment in Santa Barbara Beach & Golf Resort.
Local market Roxanne Martis, Catering Coordinator, and Melanie Klooster, Catering Manager, are two dedicated event planners who take care of the local market. “The local market is very special to us” says Anjali Bakmeijer. This team of event planners highly values their local customers, which is why they invest in them and create a harmonious relationship with excellent communication. Roxanne Martis states that the one aspect she loves most about working with locals is knowing "what to expect from the clients,” as she grew up in this culture.
Wedding market Santa Barbara Beach Resort has a large wedding market coordinated by Vanessa Jacobus who takes care of both the local and destination weddings from different places like Europe, The United States of Amer-
ica, South America, and more. Vanessa’s clients who do not have their own wedding planner do not need to worry, as she will assist the bride and the groom as a wedding planner. She makes sure to take care of all the details for the perfect wedding and to take all the stress away from the bride. Well… Isn’t that every bride’s dream?

Their investment in their customers is how they earn their customers’ loyalty and increase their customers’ satisfaction.
Events within budget Knowing a customer’s budget makes the process easier for the customer, as all the resort’s offers within the budget can be advised by the event planners. “It is our responsibility to give them three or four options” says Anjali Bakmeijer. “I can’t; it’s too hard; it’s not possible; I don’t have the time; I don’t have any motivation.” We all know the struggle when we would like to make a change, but we just don’t have the motivation, the right person next to us, or we simply don’t have the dedication. An important question that you need to ask yourself is: “am I willing to make a change to optimize my lifestyle, or am I 100% happy with how I am living my life right now?
t e s d n i M
Nine out of ten individuals choose to live their lives in their comfort zone. The moment we would like to change something in life, we are forced to leave our comfort zone. It is something that most people won’t or just can’t do, because we are afraid of what we will encounter on our path in life. That’s why we are most of the time stuck in a negative mindset for too long.
even though you love that johnnycake ;-); stepping out of a bad and passionless relationship even though you still love the person; not wearing the tight shirt or skinny jeans that you bought and put away in your closet as decoration are just a few situations, based on my work experiences, that people often undergo without knowing how to deal with them.
REALITY CHECK: The moment when you know where you come from, where you are now at this point in life and what goal you would like to achieve (not only for you, but also for your loved ones), is the moment you already took 80% of the step towards being aware of your situation; it’s a reality check .The remaining 20% is called DEDICATION. Now, HOW DEDICATED ARE YOU TO achieve YOUR GOAL(S)?
The fear of switching from one job to another, because of the income even though you don’t like the job; minimizing by eating less unhealthy food
10
ASSIGNMENT: Write down for yourself three short term goals that you would like to
achieve in three to six months and three long term goals that you would like to achieve in one to one and a half years. Now you have goals, so let’s achieve those goals. It’s time to invest in YOURSELF now. Body and Mind Control will guide you to your goals. Yours, Jesse
