March 21 - April 19 You may feel like a mouse trying to get the cheese in the middle of the kitchen floor. From your corner, you can see the cheese in the distance. Yet you know a cat lurks nearby. As soon as you step into the open and out of your protected spot, the cat will react quickly and with great force. You might just want to wait until another day before grabbing the cheese.

LIBRA
September 23 - October 22 You're in a sticky emotional battle in which someone is trying to twist your words to make you look like the bad guy. As soon as you try to get a project started, someone moves counter to your aims. Perhaps this is all due to a misunderstanding. Take the time to clear the air in all your relationships.
CAREER Make sure you are working at a job that resonates with your soul. It is important that you are doing something that you truly believe in.
2
April 20 - May 20 Your emotions receive a boost of support from those around you. Be careful that you don't let this energy go to your head. Sit back and gain perspective on things instead of assuming you have all the answers.
GEMINI
May 21 - June 20 Add a bit of spice to your life by engaging in spontaneous activities. It's time to get out and enjoy more of the world. Explore those things that are inherently different from what you'd expect to find.
CANCER
June 21 - July 22 There may be some emotional strain and tension in your world, but this can be remedied when you look at things in perspective. Don't get weighed down by passing moods that cripple your productivity. Focus on the things that are working well in your life and concentrate your energy on those.
LEO
July 23 - August 22 People may be bearing down hard on you. They will have some facts to back themselves up. Your brain is like a computer storing bits of information to use at times like this. No one is safe against a mental and emotional arsenal like yours. If you've done your homework and prepared well, the challenges should prove to be no problem for you.
VIRGO
August 23 - September 22 Break any shackles that seem to be holding you back. There's no reason to feel hindered. Your adventuresome attitude is brave, and there's a great deal of territory to conquer. Get focused and go. You have the green light.

SCORPIO
October 23 - November 21 Friendships go surprisingly well for you now, so look to them for the support you seek. Future plans may be uncertain, so don't worry about them now. It's important to bask in each moment and give thanks for every breath. You should feel good, so take aggressive action.
"People may be bearing down hard on you." LEO -
SAGITTARIUS
November 22 - December 21 Lessons may come in odd shapes and sizes today, so don't feel like you need to make immediate sense of every little thing. Instead of overanalyzing everything and becoming paralyzed by the emotions you feel, take decisive action and make mistakes. This is where the lessons come in. Let them teach you what you need to know.
CAPRICORN
December 22 - January 19 You're in for some unexpected surprises, but don't worry, because most of them will be exciting and welcome. Prepare yourself by being open and accepting of other people and the new situations they bring. The path of least resistance will take you exactly where you need to go. Move toward people who radiate loving, positive energy.
AQUARIUS
January 20 - February 18 You may feel like you're driving on a highway and suddenly all the lanes merge. This bottleneck should cause you tension and difficulty. Your first reaction may be to let all the other people go by. Keep in mind that on a day like this, you'll never get where you need to be unless you're more aggressive.
PISCES
February 19 - March 20 You'll be at an advantage if you can learn to distance yourself from the emotional root of the matter. Maintain a neutral point of view.

What do you like most about your job? I love the diversity that each day offers. You deal on a daily basis with all types of individuals and you have to be quick on your feet to solve each challenge as effectively and quickly as possible. It’s never a dull moment at the office!
When you were a child, what did you want to grow up to be? A Lawyer. The law has always fascinated me as I always try to advice and help people to the best of my abilities.
What exciting plans does Hucor have for the future? We are a looking to expand our restaurants to other locations such as KFC and Pizza Hut in Terra Cora.
If you had to choose 5 things to take with you on a deserted island, what would they be? I would take with me a bag full of medicine. My boyfriend of course, a sleeping bag, a watch and a fishing pole.
What does your day look like at work? In the morning when I come in at 7:30 I turn on my computer. I will eat some fruit and go online to check out the figures from the day before. After that my days are filled with meetings at the office or through Skype with managers abroad. I also have to deal with the media on a daily basis and keep track of our social media platforms as well. These are just a few of the things that keep me busy every day.

Naturally Granola: Unexplainably good Passion is one of the most inspiring emotions a human being can have. If channeled properly, it can most certainly lead to positive results.. Her passion for food is undeniable. She has always been interested in the culinary arts, experimenting with different ingredients triggered her curiosity to learn more. She believes in leading a life with simplicity and honesty.. That is something Tiara Nataf tries to achieve with her creation; Naturally Granola. By: Miguel Gonzalez Perret-Gentil

COVER STORY GOWEEKLY 41 2017
Tiara is a 27 year old 'Yu di Kòrsou' who has been living in the Netherlands for over 7 years. She started her dream back in 2015. It all started when she met her current fiancé, Nikos. "We both share a love for food. So one day while having breakfast we noticed how limited the choices were when it came to eating granola. We decided to visit the market to buy everything we felt would make the perfect granola. This included nuts such as macadamia and pistachios. Mind you, these type of nuts are not your usual ingredients in granola." They started experimenting and creating their own concoctions. The next natural step was to have friends try it and to their disbelief they all devoured it. "My friends were constantly saying, 'you should sell your own product', but how could I? I was still in school at the time. Even teachers were excited about my product. So I decided to take a plunge with Nikos and never looked back!" They started this adventure together, but Tiara is currently running the show since Nikos started working in the shipping industry. "He still helps me out, especially with research. I do most of the day to day tasks but he is still very much involved when it comes to making the big decisions."
Naturally transparent Tiara’s whole concept is to deliver a high quality natural product based on honesty, simplicity and transparency. She doesn’t like to complicate things. "Why complicate things if it can be easy?" according to her. This motto of hers can be seen throughout her entire concept. From
"We give you something to look forward to every day. I’m still excited for breakfast every morning"
the ingredients she uses, to packaging and branding of her product. "Everything has a reason. Our product is as natural as possible. There are no additives nor preservatives, which is why it is packaged in a glass jar. The glass jar helps preserve the granola’s crispiness. We also chose glass jars in order to be as transparent as possible towards the consumer. What you see is what you get and what you get is what you see!" The name Naturally Granola was consciously chosen to represent the simplicity she lives by.
At Naturally Granola they keep it as simple as possible. This does not by any means translate into a boring experience. "We give you something to look forward to every day. I’m still excited for breakfast every morning. I’ll give you an example; one of our most recent flavors is based on roses and cardamom. Yes, you heard me correctly! I personally feel like I’m in Paris every single morning until I look outside and realize I’m still in good old Rotterdam!" Tiara’s excitement is palpable to say the least.
Where the magic happens She used to work from home, but once her popularity started growing, she needed a proper place to store and prepare everything. She was lucky enough to meet this other young

woman who has a bakery of her own with extra space. So they made a deal, she works for her part time baking cakes and sandwiches (not a bad gig when you’re a foodie) and the rest of the time she spends downstairs where she patiently prepares the delicious crunchy delight people have learned to love.
Pick your poison
Where to get it?
What the future holds?
The beauty of the product is that it varies. From Belgian Dark Chocolate (best seller) to the unexpected Speculaas flavored Granola or their Signature Granola which offers you the perfect blend of nuts and seeds for a flawless start of the day. There is even the ‘Giraffe Coffee Roasters Variation’ which contains oats, oat flakes, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, date syrup, hempseed, pistachio, macadamia, hazelnut, pecan, Brazilian nuts, almonds, popped amaranth, Costa Rican coffee, honey and coconut oil. Don’t forget the before mentioned Roses and Cardamom Granola. In a nutshell; something for everyone to enjoy.
Simple, in Holland. So next time you are visiting loved ones over there, simply visit her website naturallygranola.com or any of her selling points which you can easily find on her website as well. She hopes to keep expanding soon, as she is slowly but surely growing as one of the preferred breakfast suppliers for granola lovers in Rotterdam and recently in Den Haag as well. Companies also order on a regular basis, providing employees with different granola options at their company’s canteens.
For now she’s happy making others smile by adding the magical ingredient to everyone’s breakfast bowl; love. Eventually she would love to have her own little eatery, where people can break bread together while enjoying delicious healthy eating options. When that will happen? Time will tell, but in the meantime she will keep it simple yet wholesome, conquering our bellies and hearts one spoon at a time.
