Founded in 1835, Oglethorpe University unites a close-knit campus community with big city culture and opportunities. Today, Oglethorpe enrolls 1,250 students, representing 33 states and 38 countries.

ACI 2018 is taking place on the beautiful campus of Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. Oglethorpe is a private, liberal arts college, founded in 1835. Boasting several accolades from Forbes, USA, and the Washington Post, to name a few, the university unites a close-knit campus community with big city culture and opportunities.


When do campers check-in and out?

Where is the camp office and what are the office hours?

• Check-in on Monday, the first day of camp, will be available from 1pm to 3:30pm • Check-in Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday is 7:45am to 12:30pm • Check-out on Saturday is 10am to 11am

• The camp office location is Turner Lynch Campus Center Room 225. • Campus Office Hours Monday to Friday • 9am to 12:30pm

What do I do if I lose my room key and cannot find it?

What do I do if I’ve lost something? If you’ve lost an item, there is a lost & found box in the camp office. Please note, however, that only items turned in will be in the box.

The lost key fee is $140 and must be remitted before departing the campus.

What if I have a medical emergency while at camp? • We take special care to look out for the safety of all our campers as well as our guests. On our staff and team of volunteers are medical personnel that are available for medical emergencies should they arise. If the medical emergency is deemed critical, our medical volunteers will call 911. • Any medical expenses due to injuries and/or illness must be handled by the campers’ insurance company. Please be sure to include your health insurance information when registering.

TEAMS All ACI 2018 campers have been assigned to teams. Each team has been designed to focus on the spiritual growth of each camper during the week. Team members will find support for their personal walk with the Lord Jesus, develop new friendships, and have fun as they work together to see which team will reign supreme as ACI 2018 Champions!

Myron Wideman Jr.

yron Wideman Jr. answered the call to preach in 2004. He went into ministry full-time in 2006 and has been pursuing his passion for God’s Word and revival ever since. He is a licensed minister in the United Pentecostal Church International. In preparing for his ministry, Rev. Wideman fulfilled an internship at The Pentecostals of Alexandria Training Center for 16 weeks in 2005. Since then, he has preached at numerous conferences, camps, and conventions in the United States and various other locations worldwide. He received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development with a concentration on Counseling in 2016 from Hope International University. He resides in the metropolitan Atlanta area, where he serves as the Associate Pastor of DeKalb United Pentecostal Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He has been happily married to his wife, Tanya, of Alexandria, Louisiana, since 2008. They have one son, Myron III and one daughter, Skylar.

amon O. Gordon was born to Copeland and Heather Gordon in Kingston, JA. He left Jamaica with his famly at the age of five and was raised in Miami, Fl. Ramon began developing an insatiable desire for God at an early age and started exhibiting the qualities of leadership.

Pastor

Pastor Ramon began preaching at the age of 14 years old and served in various positions in ministry under the leadership of his father, Bishop Copeland Gordon. Because of his desire for God, he attended Aenon Bible College in Indianapolis, IN where he gained a strong biblical foundation. The ministry God has given him has taken him throughout the United States and around the world. He currently serves as Pastoral Assistant of Grace Pentecostal Church under the leadership of his father, Bishop Copeland Gordon.

Ramon Gordon

In March of 2018, Pastor Ramon released his first book, The Advantage of Now, and it is blessing lives around the world. In his latest book, he stresses the importance of time and using time as a resource to accomplish the plan of God for our lives. Not only is Pastor Ramon an anointed preacher, teacher, thinker, and innovator, but he is also a gifted writer and believes writing is one way to convey the purposes of God to mankind. He is currently working on his second book project. Pastor Ramon believes that there is no better time than now to impact the world. Because of this, he has a vision to impact this and future generations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is a respected leader, a husband, a father, and ultimately, a servant for the kingdom of God. He is married to the beautiful Abigail Gordon, and they have three girls, Emma, Beverly, and Olivia, they reside in Miami, FL.
