A Message From the Pastor Greetings in Christ Jesus! On behalf of the officers and members of the entire Ebenezer Baptist Church family, I would like to take this opportunity to express our congratulations to all of you upon your recent graduation from all the different grade levels, various schools, colleges, and universities. This year has been a year we will never forget for the rest of our lives as the Coronavirus has captured the attention of the World. The year 2022 will go down in our history books as one of the most trying years in the history of not only our nation but the world! So many of our schools have either shut down entirely, suspended physical classes, or have moved to alternative scheduling of onsite attendance. All of this has made your year quite challenging, to say the least. Seniors who are graduating this year have seen entire Spring sports seasons erased. You have seen proms and graduations either canceled, drastically changed to minimal attendance, or become totally virtual events. We want you to know that we are so proud of you for your

intense study, hard work, and a commitment perhaps like you’ve never known before. You are all winners and winners never quit. Even if they get side-lined or delayed, winners never quit. What you’ve accomplished is no small feat, and one that I hope you do not take lightly. You should be proud of your accomplishments, and I look forward to all of the wonderful things that your future holds for all of you. To our kindergarten and elementary graduates, “You’re smarter than you think, braver than you know, and stronger than you can imagine.” Always be your best! To our Middle School graduates ““In response to those who say to stop dreaming and face reality, I say keep dreaming and make reality.” To our High School graduates ““Do not follow where the path may lead. Go, instead, where there is no path and leave a trail.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson To our College and University graduates “What lies behind you, and what lies ahead of you are small matters compared to what lies within you. Be bold, be courageous, never bend your head. Always hold it high and look the world straight in the eye. I pray that all of you continue to use wisdom in all of your decisions that lie ahead and let God continue to guide your path. Love and great expectations, Reverend Wayne Allen, Sr. Senior Pastor/Teacher
