Songs of Praise and Comfort How Great Thou Art

He’s Coming Soon

O Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder Thy power throughout the universe displayed

In these, the closing days of time, What joy the glorious hope affords, That soon—O wondrous truth sublime! He shall reign, King of kings and Lord of Lords.

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee How great Thou art, how great Thou art Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee How great Thou art, how great Thou art

Refrain He’s coming soon, He’s coming soon; With joy we welcome His returning; It may be morn, it may be night or noon— We know He’s coming soon.

And when I think of God, His Son not sparing Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing He bled and died to take away my sin Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee How great Thou art, how great Thou art Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee How great Thou art, how great Thou art When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation And lead me home, what joy shall fill my heart Then I shall bow with humble adoration And then proclaim, my God, how great Thou art Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee How great Thou art, how great Thou art Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee How great Thou art, how great Thou art

The signs around—in earth and air, Or painted on the starlit sky, God’s faithful witnesses—declare That the coming of the Savior draweth nigh. Refrain The dead in Christ who ’neath us lie, In countless numbers, all shall rise When through the portals of the sky He shall come to prepare our paradise. Refrain And we, who living, yet remain, Caught up, shall meet our faithful Lord; This hope we cherish not in vain, But we comfort one another by this word. Refrain

Eulogy- Mr. Nobert Simeon O Love that wilt not let me go, I rest my weary soul in thee; I give thee back the life I owe, That in thine ocean depths its flow May richer, fuller be. Oh light that followest all my way, I yield my flickering torch to thee; My heart restores its borrowed ray, That in thy sunshine’s blaze its day may brighter, fairer be

Mr. Norbert Simeon was born in Milot, Haiti on March 27th, 1947 to Erzilie and Ypolite Simeon. Most of his earlier years were spent in Haiti. As a young man Mr. Simeon met the love of his life Ms. Piccy Laneau and they migrated to the United States in search of a better life. The union produced nine children who were brought up with good principles. They were constantly taught to respect others by displaying good moral character. Mr. Simeon was a strict disciplinarian who laid down the law at home and the development of his children is a testament to that. Mr. Simeon devoted his life to his wife and family and strongly believed that he must provide for them. He was a very hard worker. Life was not always easy but he would work in the field the best he knew to ensure that his family is well. Mr. Norbert Simeon can be described as someone who is always smiling. He would always greet you with a big smile and a warm embrace. Oh, how he loved basketball. He would rarely miss a game. His favorite team was the Miami Heat. He would always defend the team even they performed poorly, lose a game or have an overall bad season. His two favorite players were Alonzo Mourning and Dwayne Wade. Mr. Norbert Simeon will be missed in so many ways for so many different reasons by his family and friends. His memory will be cherished as life goes on without his presence. He left us suddenly and without notice on February 4th, 2017. He is survived by: Wife – Mrs. Piccy Laneau Simeon Children – Walky Simeon, Marie Simeon, Eribert Simeon, Robert Laneau, Yves Laneau, Rodney Laneau, Ivonia Laneau. Grandchildren – Jenepher Jocelyne, Diane Jocelyne, Steve Simeon, Trevon Desir, Samari Roger, Yves Laneau Jr. Sabastian Simeon, Steph Simeon, Kayla Simeon and Zoey Laneau. Son-in-Law – Jean Jocelyne Daughters-in-Law – Chantal Laneau, Linda Laneau and Malkia Laneau. “May his soul rest in peace”

Eulogy-French

Il lui survit: Épouse - Mme Piccy Laneau Simeon Enfants - Walky Simeon, Marie Simeon, Eribert Siméon, Robert Laneau, Yves Laneau, Rodney Laneau, Ivonia Laneau. Petits-enfants - Jenepher Jocelyne, Diane Jocelyne, Steve Siméon, Trevon Desir, Samari Roger, Yves Laneau Jr. Sabastian Simeon, Steph Siméon, Kayla Simeon et Zoey Laneau. Fils - Jean Jocelyne Filles - Chantal Laneau, Linda Laneau et Malkia Laneau. “Que son âme repose en paix”

For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall see God. (Job 19:25-26 ESV)
