Milk Thistle Seed Oil
Milk thistle have been known for hundreds of years as very effective herb, especially for its support on liver functions. Its seeds’ oil has a bright yellow color and a pleasant, buttery taste. It is rich in essential fatty acids and Vitamin-E.
Consume it on a daily basis, even on its own. The recommended daily dose for people with a body weight of less than 80 kg is one half teaspoon and over 80 kg a teaspoon.

In the kitchen you can make a delicious dip by mixing it with some chopped sage, but it also tastes great when mixed with a silky, soft-tasting mayonnaise or with mustard as a light salad dressing.
