Pistachio Oil
Grapoila pistachio oil is made from natural, usroasted nuts. This oil is best known for its nutritional properties. It has a high concentration of vitamin E, an antioxidant which helps to combat the effects of free radicals (unstable atoms that can damage cells), maintain skin cell integrity and promote skin cell turnover and regeneration. Pistachio oil can be easily absorbed leaving skin soft and silky. Also useful in haircare formulations, said to help prevent hair from drying out and breaking, leaving hair sleek and glossy.
Pistachio oil, in fact, possesses a high quantity of monoand polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (about 80% of its composition).

It has a delicate flavour. Pistachio oil is recommended to enhance the taste of white meat or raw fish, or for the preparation of sauces. It is also suitable for cooking, mainly for the production of bakery products, such as cakes or biscuits.
