Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil

For more than a decade we have insisted on making pure cold-pressed oils, without any chemical or heat treatment in order to preserve all the prescious nutrients and the natural taste of the seeds.

On the other hand, roasted seeds are well beloved and with their nutty flavours they fill a niche in the gastronomy. As we also delight in culinary, we gave in to the demand and prepared our pumpkin seed oil version from roasted seeds aimed – initially – for the British market. The slowly roasted, cold-pressed, lightly filtered, mouth filling and silky pupkinseed oil adds a rich nutty flavor to cold application as salad dressing, drizzle in pasta, spreads. In 2022 we entered our freshly launched, roasted pumkin seed oil to the well known Great Taste food contest, and the jury awarded it with a 1-star prize.
