How did you develop a passion for jewelry?

I’ve had this passion my whole life. I loved watching my grandmother bake cakes with her pearl necklace on. And so I realized that jewelry can be a part of our daily life.

The Dada Arrigoni style in a few words?

Absolutely contemporary and chic. I enjoy playing with forms, shapes and weights to create jewelry with a unique aesthetic identity, rooted in the present but also outside time.

What inspired you to create the jewelry of the new collection?

I love design and modern art, which have always been my source of inspiration.

Capri and jewelry, a long love story. What places on the island are dearest to your heart?

The whole island is my place, I’m always amazed by it and its energy wins me over and inspires me all the time. But I am constantly fascinated by the magical charm of Villa San for beauty and art…You can tell by just taking a look at the what’s more, the view from up there is spectacular.

What piece of jewelry you never stay without?

I cannot stay without what I affectionately call my “uniform”: the Elika and Glamour bracelets in black leather and (in the picture, editor’s note). I love wearing them all day long and with any look. And, of course, I always wear a Happy Frog ring, which I change according to my mood and my The motto or quote that you live by? “Beauty will save the world” Dostoevskij.

Come nasce la sua passione per il gioiello?

Da tutta la vita. Mia nonna faceva le torte indossando la sua collana di perle. Mi piaceva guardarla e ho pensato che i gioielli potessero far parte della vita quotidiana.

Poche parole per dire cos’è lo stile Dada Arrigoni?

Assolutamente contemporaneo e chic. Mi piace giocare con le forme, le proporzioni, i pesi, per creare gioielli con una identità estetica unica, ancorata nel presente ma comunque atemporale.

A cosa si è ispirata per creare i gioielli della nuova collezione?

Amo il design e l’arte moderna che da sempre è per me fonte di ispirazione.

Capri e i gioielli, una lunga storia d’amore. Quali sono i suoi luoghi del cuore sull’isola delle sirene?

Tutta l’isola è il mio luogo, mi sorprende sempre e la sua energia mi cattura e mi ispira. Ma ogni volta non riesco a non subire il fascino magico di Villa San Michele, nata dall’amore quasi mistico per il bello e per l’arte di inestimabile disseminati ovunque. Inoltre, da lassù si gode di una vista impagabile.

Qual è il gioiello da cui non riesce a separarsi?

Quella che ormai chiamo affettuosamente la mia divisa: i bracciali Elika e Glamour in pelle nera con diamanti e l’anello Ivy in oro bianco e diamanti (in foto, ndr). Li amo, accompagnano le mie giornate e i miei look dalla mattina alla sera. Naturalmente non manca mai un anello Happy Frog che cambio a seconda del colore del mio umore o del mio abito.

Il suo motto o la frase che ha fatto suo?

“La bellezza salverà il mondo” Dostoevskij.
