It is a leading company in the production of soft winders, rewinders, assembly winders, hank to cone winders, reeling machines, spooling and cops winders, intermingling and air texturizing machines for the processing of any kind of yarn, from cotton, wool and silk to artificial and synthetic fibres, mixed fibres, intermingled yarns and fancy yarns. The company currently invests 6% of its annual revenues in R&D to upgrade its machinery. Elastic and elastomeric yarn line – The right machine for each process. Air intermingling machine - Air texturization machine - The universal machine: the "Queen" version, Sincro Multipla Airjet model foresees the application of an electronic motorised unwinding device necessary to unwind an elastomeric yarn with a perfect and regular draw ratio and to intermingle it through air with a textured yarn and is particularly suitable for thread preparation for denim. With the innovative Texturizing machine, starting from FDY- FOY yarns, either PA or PES or PP, any combination can be created, also with elastane component, for different end uses such as active wear, sportswear, underwear, knitted fabrics, carpet backing, outdoor and upholstery. Spooling Line Sincro Sprint machine for the preparation of flanged bobbins, used in the covering process and as assembly winder in the silk twisting process. This is a modern concept of compact and efficient double-sided rewinder with independent winding spindles with electronic yarn-guide with precision crossing and motorized bobbin. Equipped with an “on-line” automatic control device, it has been designed to reach high winding speeds and offers the versatility, choice and modification of all the parameters necessary to wind the yarn onto flanged bobbins. Cops winding line This novelty is the Sincro Copsy machine which is meant to prepare cops and flanged bobbins (i.e. Hamel type). The uniqueness of this machine is the possibility to double the productivity when compared to existing machines, simplifying the performance and loading and unloading of the bobbins by the operator, thanks to a technical solution which changes its ergonomics. All this using independent winding spindles with an electronic yarn-guide, with precision crossing and motorized bobbin. Dal 1960 Fadis è sinonimo di roccatrici di precisione e la più antica azienda della stessa famiglia, leader nella produzione di focacciatrici, roccatrici, binatrici, dipanatrici, aspatrici, rochettatrici ed interlacciatrici per la lavorazione di tutti i tipi di filato, come cotone, lana, seta, fibre artificiali, fibre sintetiche, fibre miste, filati interlacciati e filati fantasia. Fadis investe oggi il 6% del fatturato per rendere le proprie macchine sempre più performanti e creandone di nuove cercando d’intercettare in anticipo le esigenze dei clienti nazionali e internazionali. La linea produttiva si è nel tempo arricchita di altre linee legate all’evoluzione dei filati sintetici, come l’interlacciatura, la testurizzazione ad aria e la copsatura. Linea filati elastici e elastomerici - Per ogni processo la sua macchina Interlacciatrice ad aria e testurizzatrice ad aria - La macchina universale: la versione “Regina” dell’interlacciatrice ad aria prevede l’applicazione di un deroulatore motorizzato elettronico necessario per potere deroulare un filato elastomerico ed interlacciarlo ad aria con un filo testurizzato ed è particolarmente adatta per la preparazione del filo per il denim. Con l’innovativa Testurizzatrice ad aria, partendo dai filati FDY-FOY, PA , PES o PP, è possibile creare qualsiasi combinazione, anche in abbinamento con l’elastanne, per diversi usi finali come abbigliamento sportivo, intimo, tessuti a maglia, tessuti da esterno, tappezzeria e tappeti. Linea Incannaggio In questa linea Fadis è presente con la sua macchina di preparazione di rocchetti flangiati Sincro Sprint usata nel processo di ricopertura/spiralatura e come binatrice nel processo di torcitura della seta. E’ un moderno concetto di rocchettatrice compatta ed efficiente, a doppio fronte, con teste di raccolta indipendenti a guidafilo elettronico con incrocio di precisione e rocchetto motorizzato. Dotata del controllo di tensione “on-line” è stata progettata per raggiungere elevate velocità di raccolta e offre il vantaggio della versatilità, della scelta, della modifica di tutti i parametri necessari per l’avvolgimento del filo su rocchetti flangiati. Linea Copsatrici Novità assoluta è la nuovissima e rivoluzionaria macchina Sincro Copsy, per la preparazione di cops e di rocchetti flangiati (tipo hamel). L’unicità di questa nuova macchina è la possibilità di almeno raddoppiare la produttività rispetto alle macchine esistenti e semplificandone l’operatività e il carico e scarico dei rocchetti per operatore grazie a un innovativa soluzione tecnica che ne cambia l’ergonomia. Il tutto è reso possibile dall’utilizzo di teste di raccolta indipendenti a guidafilo elettronico con incrocio di precisione e rocchetto motorizzato.
