Girl Scout Trackers

Journey into the woods and learn to track animals by their footprints and behaviors in the wild. During this program, girls will also learn to identify bugs, poison ivy, and even how to build a safe (edible) fire. We will discuss the importance of the Leave No Trace principles—what means and how we can all do our part. Daisies will earn their Eco Learner Badge. Brownies will earn their Eco Friend Badge. This day camp will be from 10 - 11:30 a.m.

Fairy Garden Day

Enter our enchanted forest to the world of Fairies—learn about the various environments that different Fairies live in, learn how to preserve those environments, and then create a home for the Fairy of their choice! Code Ninjas Day Camp

Learn to code like a ninja with one of our community partners—Code Ninjas! This new day camp experience is guaranteed to get girls all plugged into STEM. By utilizing an engaging, game-based curriculum, this experience will teach girls teamwork, logic, math, and problem solving. At the end of the week, a show-and-tell celebration will be held for all parents to witness the coding knowledge the girls have learned! Participants will need to bring a sack lunch each day. This day camp is held from 8:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Media Madness Day Camp

Take a closer look at the world of Mass Media, by exploring the various media with which they interact. During the week, experts will spend time with the girls, taking them behind the scenes and speaking to them about their roles and responsibilities in television, radio, social media, and more! Girls will visit local organizations, including Rust Media, KFVS-12 TV station, River Radio, and Catapult Creative House. This is a unique and exciting experience for the influencer in your life! This day camp is held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday-Friday, and participants need to bring a sack lunch daily. Price includes exclusive access to local community partners and all activities.

Labspace Robotics Day Camp

Harness your robotic skills as you build and program Lego robots to complete fun challenges that teach you about programming, motors, gears, and more! Explore programming with Scratch, 3D design with Tinkercad, and even print your very own project on a 3D printer! Daisy, Brownies, and Juniors will earn Mechanical Engineering badges, Coding for Good badges, and Robotics badges. Cadettes will work towards their Think Like and Engineer Journey and complete Coding For GoodGame Design badge and Robotics badges. This day camp is held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday-Friday, and participants need to bring a sack lunch daily.
