Elle regroupe les concierges de palaces et grand hôtels dans 43 pays, soit environ 3700 concierges reconnus digne par leur pair de porter les précieuses clefs d’or à leur revers d’uniforme. Son but est de s’entraider à travers le monde pour le confort et le bien être de notre clientèle. 22 Concierges Clefs d’Or exercent leur savoir faire en Principauté, et mettent tout en œuvre pour valoriser les atouts touristiques, gastronomiques et culturels de Monaco et de ses environs. Concierge Clefs d’Or dans un palace, c’est le gage d’un service optimum rendu au client. Il transmet, ses connaissances, sans cesse toujours mises à jour, de la ville où il exerce son travail et de sa région, au service du client.
