Absolutely! I strongly believe that our increased reliance on communication technology will enforce humanity, not replace it. That’s the core vision of Brand Embassy. At Brand Embassy, we believe in a world powered by humans and optimized by smart technology. What does that mean for customer service? In the very near future, all of the simplest customer queries, the 1st-level support that requires a rote answer and a quick response, will be handled automatically by chatbots and AI, alongside process automation and self-service.
