A Word From Our CEO As interactions between customers and companies continue to trend toward chatbots and AI, people ask me if there’s really a place for the human touch in a future driven by technology. Absolutely! I strongly believe that our increased reliance on communication technology will enforce humanity, not replace it. That’s the core vision of Brand Embassy. At Brand Embassy, we believe in a world powered by humans and optimized by smart technology. What does that mean for customer service? In the very near future, all of the simplest customer queries, the 1st-level support that requires a rote answer and a quick response, will be handled automatically by chatbots and AI, alongside process automation and self-service. Contact center agents will be able to focus on more complex issues, and to provide a human touch, which just can’t be replicated by bots yet. This will not only fundamentally improve the efficiency of the customer service process, it will enable service agents to take advantage of every opportunity to drive new sales.
