Welcome to DIVÉI PRIME Foreword by the Founder
All began, when one family member, the older son Daniel, started to work for a blockchain-based startup. The elder generation, which is active in project development for two decades, had a very careful stance towards these “digital tokens” at first. But life goes on. Opinions evolve, and by mid-2020, two generations started to work on the creation of a tokenization platform. It was born an institution designed to facilitate a new way of financing projects and companies while also giving room to more conservative investors, allowing them to get comfort with respect to digital token investments. In other words, to unite the best of two worlds. DIVÉI PRIME coinage a.s. was established by a group of trusted specialists consisting of both young and more experienced adults, all of them experts in their areas of specialization. That is how our adventure has started.

Introduction Company Values, Mission and Culture Our corporate identity represents DIVÉI PRIME and this is how we show our image to the audience. It’s as important as the products and services we provide. Our identity is shown in our work, products, logos, advertising, brochures, and presentations — everything that represents us. Because the DIVÉI PRIME brand cannot be compromised, this guide has been created to provide all the specifications we need to maintain its integrity. The following guidelines are not meant to limitate, but to support, the creative process and following them is a necessary step to represent DIVÉI PRIME cohesively to the audience. We have tried to provide guidelines that are easy to follow; whenever questions arise, look for more information on the web or contact DIVÉI PRIME Marketing (see contact page). Changes to this guide might be provided periodically, so be sure to keep your files up to date whenever new information is sent. Thank you in advance for your help in following these simple rules.

Corporate Logotype Our Logo is the key building block of our identity, the primary visual element that identifies us. The signature is a combination of the symbol itself and our company name – they have a fixed relationship that should never be changed in any way. THE WATERMARK The watermark of DIVÉI PRIME is the pictogram (secondary logo) used without the frame and with the opacity of 10%. It is allowed only as a decorative element in the letterhead (page 32) in the business card (page 33) and in the company envelope (page 34). There is no size limitation for the watermark. Logo Placement Guidelines Primary & Secondary Logo Placement Rules
Primary Logo
The DIVÉI PRIME primary logo should always* appear in the top left corner, in its primary color, on a white background. Consistent placement in this location on marketing material helps build awareness of the brand. (*Exceptions apply in case of cover pages, website banners, headlines, rollups, and in all the designs where the background cannot be white). If the logo cannot be placed in the top left corner, an acceptable alternative placement is the top right corner. When the Logo is on the to right corner the pictogram is not allowed because the balance of the composition will be affected (fig. E). Watermark
Please remember to apply the Clear space rules. Clear Space is equal to one time the height of the pictogram (marked with an “X”) surrouinding the logo as illustrated in the diagram (page 8). Be sure to maintain a consistent clear space around all edges.

The pictogram (secondary logo) instead should always be used as a complementary logo to reinforce the primary logo. On official documents it can be placed in footers or as a watermark with 10% opacity on the bottom right corner (fig. A).

The pictogram (secondary logo) can be used alone when it serves as watermark (page 6) or in ppt content slides on the top right corner where possible, due to its compact size (fig. B,D &F), and in the back cover of brochures/ppt presentations and contact pages as the closing logo (fig. C). The primary and the secondary version of the logo when used in the same page must placed in opposite corners. The primary

Grid Systems Grids are tools for organizing space, text, images, and any other element placed in a design. Grids add structure to a design. They lead to rational standardized systems that help the audience absorb the information we’re trying to communicate.
The Grid System
EXPLANATION Grids offer a guide to the placement of information and help generate visual hierarchy. They promote rhythm and consistency in a design and help you develop relationships between elements based on rational proportions. Grid units, fields, rows, columns, gutters, and other parts of the grid are based on geometric and natural proportions. Grids are about ratios like 2:3 and 1:1.618. They aren’t created from arbitrary numbers. These proportional relationships lead to rhythm and structural harmony in your layout.

This is the Copy. Oak Island sits off the coast of Nova Scotia just north of the 45th parallel, the halfway point between the equator and the North Pole, about forty-five miles southwest of Halifax.
