Old Business 7/26 Summer Day of Service with Green Valley & Del Sol
Colin Hoang: The Green Valley and Del Sol social at Foxridge Park not only raised money, but helped our members meet new people and make new friends. We cleaned up the park, raised money by pie-ing people in the face, and did different activities such as ice breakers.
6 Old business ! 8/9-8/11 Pet Adoption Center Isaiah Ricoy: The Pet Adoption service was tons of fun. We helped by folding pamphlets, folding shirts, and creating packets necessary for animal adoption. It was very interesting when given a tour of the establishment and learning about the process of adopting out and receiving strays at the adoption center.
Megan Leavitt: When Isaiah and I went to the Pet Adoption Center event, the volunteer coordinators had no idea why we were there. Since we hadn't gone through formal training at the animal shelter, we were not allowed to walk the dogs or feed the cats. We weren't completely hopeless though. They still managed to find stuff for is to do; like folding t-shirts and organizing papers. After we had helped, they took us on a tour of the animal shelter and guided us through the process that the animals go through. It was definitely a worthwhile experience and a great intro to what I'll be learning this year in college as an Animal Science major!

Hi guys! I hope you all have a wonderful last week of summer! I cannot wait for our upcoming Key Club events such as RTC, Fall Rally, and many more! This will be my second year in high school and I’m very excited for this school year even though it will be a busy one. I hope all the graduates are having fun in college, except there’s no Key Club but hopefully there’s something like what we have. Summer went by so fast didn't it? 4 more months until 2014, let’s make the most out of 2013 by participating in all the BIG Key Club events and reaching our annual goals! See you all in school and Key Club!!! -Zarina Aure
