FACTORS TO CONSIDER BEFORE INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE

Condition of the property: Product shortages were another trend to emerge during the pandemic, and disruptions to the supply chain will not necessarily go away anytime soon. In addition, the cost of various products associated with home improvements, including lumber, skyrocketed during the pandemic. The National Association of Home Builders noted that while lumber prices declined in 2021, the price of lumber packages quoted to builders remained high. That means real estate investors who invest in properties that will need work could be forced to pay a lot to fix these properties. And ongoing supply chain issues could extend the time it takes to renovate a property. Investors must be able to bear these costs and lag times to make the most off their real estate investments.

What are good ground cover ideas for beds in this area?

There are so many groundcovers available, it can be difficult to select the best one for your garden. I think the most important quality is that it has to be easy remove. Groundcovers spread easily and can easily choke out your desired plants. I do not recommend plants including vinca and English ivy for this reason.

Ihaveacoupleofgroundcovers

that I rely on. For sun, I enjoy the low-growing sedums. There are numerous varieties, all are easy to pull back when they start to crowd into other plants and aren’t usually bothered by deer. For shade, I enjoy cranesbill, also called perennial geranium. It has flowers in various shades of pink, lavender and white, so it combines easily with most other garden colors. Again, it is easily pulled out with my bare hands. In my yard it may

get nibbled by deer, but they don’tusuallypreferit. Sometimespeoplearelooking for a taller groundcover to fill an empty spot. I often rely on daylilies in this case. They need full sun to produce a lot of flowers and yield fewer flowers as shade increases.

There are taller varieties of cranesbill available for those shadyareas.

Nearly every pool owner has had to deal with algae at some point in his or her life. One of the best ways to minimize algae spores in the pool besides high-sanitation levels is through routine brushing and vacuuming. According to Leslie’s Pool Supplies, pool walls, floors and steps are the most common places to find algae in a pool. If left untreated, algae can burrow their roots inside the cracks on these surfaces, making them very difficult to remove. That’s why weekly (or more frequent) brushing and vacuuming can help keep surfaces clean and algae-free. Vacuuming also helps remove debris that has fallen into the water and sunk, which can decompose and contribute to water cloudiness.

Join a marathon. The statistics reporting site StatisticsBrain.com states that only 0.5 percent of the U.S. and Canadian populations have ever run a marathon. Running on the treadmill at the gym or a couple of miles around the track is excellent exercise. Runners can take their passion a bit further by enrolling in any of the hundreds of marathons and half-marathons held annually. Crossing the finish line after running 26.2 miles is a rewarding feeling, and few activities do more to improve endurance than running a marathon.

According to the World Health Organization, tobacco kills up to half its users, annually killing roughly six million people each year. The WHO notes that more thanfivemillionofthosedeathsare the result of direct tobacco use, while more than 600,000 deaths can be attributed to non-smokers being exposed to secondhand smoke. While many in the United States may understand the threat that smoking poses to their overall health, the WHO notes that studies indicate knowledge about the specifichealthrisksoftobaccouse is not widespread. A 2009 survey of smokers in China found that less than 40 percent of smokers knew that smoking tobacco causes coronary heart disease, while only 27 percent were aware of the link between smoking and stroke. It’s also important that smokers recognize that cigarettes once characterized as “light” or “low tar” are not healthier than more traditional cigarettes. While the US Food and Drug Administration has banned the use of such terms in cigarette sales within the United States, smokers traveling or living overseas should be mindful that other countries may not operate under such restrictions. In addition, the American Cancer Society notes that there is no proof that cigarettes sold as “all natural” and marketed as having no chemicals or additives are any safer than traditional cigarettes and that the best way for men, women and children to avoid the dangers of tobacco is to never smoke or to quit immediately.

How to Avoid Calcium While Taking Thyroid Medication

DEAR DR. ROACH: I had a thyroidectomy, and I take levothyroxine. Instructions for the medication state not to take it within four hours of consuming calcium. No discussion of the drug has clearly stated whether this only refers to calcium supplements or whether this also includes high-calcium foods.

I usually take levothyroxine when I wake up, between 2 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., to avoid breakfast dairy products (i.e. yogurt, cheese and soy milk) and dinner foods (broccoli, leafy greens, dairy and soy). I go to bed fairly early. I eat mainly plant-based, plus dairy.

I have asked some doctors and pharmacists, only to have them answer with the question: “Doesn’t that only apply to supplements?” I don’t know! That’s why I’m asking. I want my thyroid prescription to work as it’s supposed to. Can you shed light on this issue? -- E.G.

ANSWER: Large amounts of elemental calcium do decrease the absorption of the thyroid hormone, thyroxine. If you were to take thyroxine (Synthroid and others) at the same time as you would a large calcium pill, you could expect the thyroid medicine to be about 7% to 8% less absorbed. (Iron and caffeine also decrease thyroid hormone absorption.)

A glass of cow’s milk taken at the same time will decrease thyroid hormone absorption. Soy milk has not been studied, but I would expect calcium-fortified soy milk to be similar to milk, yogurt and some high-calcium cheeses in their ability to reduce thyroxine absorption. However, I think you may be taking things too far. One hour is probably adequate enough to separate calcium from thyroxine. Furthermore, if you are consistent in taking your medication, your dose will get adjusted to the correct level. I doubt that vegetables have any effect on absorption.

Finally, in a study of people who took thyroxine sometimes with and sometimes without their calcium, the change was not enough to get them out of the desirable range, although the levels were definitely affected. The dose of thyroid hormone has a little bit of leeway in most people, although some people (such as those with a history of thyroid cancer who are now on replacement therapy after surgery) need to have a very exact dosage. So, avoiding calcium, iron and caffeine in those cases is more critical.

Summer fun does not need to be threatened by overexposure to the sun. By exercising caution, everyone can spend quality time in the great outdoors all summer long.

ADVICE FOR BLOOD DONORS

Unlike other marvels of modern medicine, quality blood is an important health component that cannot be created synthetically. Blood shortages continuetoplaguemedicalestablishmentsacrosstheglobe.Forthosewho require transfusions, blood from volunteer donors can be the difference between life and death. However, many people are apprehensive about donating blood because of their own unique fears of the unknown or from past poor experiences with the process. With a little knowledge and some preparation, donating blood can be made much easier.

Confirming donors’ health: One of the first steps to donating blood is to determine donors’ eligibility. Potential donors undergo a short health screening and are asked various questions to determine their eligibility. The presence of certain illnesses or other disqualifications helps ensure that the blood will be healthy and that the blood drawn will not have a negative effect on the donor.

The American Red Cross states that potential donors will undergo a pin prick on the finger to test for iron levels in their blood. This is to ensure that donors will not be made anemic from giving blood.

Frequency of donation, weight and age also will be considered before prospective donors are allowed to donate blood. Many organizations urge prospective donors to avoid giving blood if they have had simple dental work done within 24 hours or major dental work in the past month. Dental work in general can dislodge bacteria, which can get into the blood stream and cause systemic infection.

Preparing to donate: Potential donors are urged to eat a healthy diet full of iron-rich foods. It is adviseable to drink an extra 16 ounces of water or a nonalcoholic fluid prior to donating. A healthy, low-fat meal prior to donating also is recommended, as the Red Cross says fatty foods can adversely affect blood tests that check for infectious diseases, and the blood may not be used as a result.

Needles are no big deal: According to Justin Kreuter, MD, medical director of the Mayo Clinic Blood Donor Center in Rochester, Minnesota, while the needles used to collect blood are slightly larger than those used for immunizations at the doctor’s office, the needles have silicone on them to make the process of donating more comfortable for donors.

Donation duration: Donating blood does not take a long time. It may take between 15 and 20 minutes for donation center workers to extract blood. Donating plasma or platelets may require more time. Allocate at least an hour to undergo the medical exam and to rest after the donation.

Post-donation: Donors are urged to rest for a few minutes after the donating and to enjoy the snacks and beverages being offered. The Red Cross says people should avoid performing any heavy lifting or vigorous exercise for the rest of the day after donating. It’s also adviseable to drink an extra four glasses of liquids and avoid alcohol during the day following a donation.

Donating blood can save lives and reassure donors that they’re doing their part to help others.

GET ON THE FAST TRACK TO BEING ORGANIZED

• Keep a cleanup bin handy. Put an empty basket in a central location, using it to gather stray items scattered around main living areas. Once everything has been collected, items can be returned to their rightful place.

• Make the bed. One of the easiest ways to keep a room looking neat is to make the bed each day. Store clean linens in a pillow case so the entire set is together and ready to go.

• Purge closets and cabinets. There’s no point allowing old, stained or damaged items to take up space. Set aside days to clear expired medication from the bathroom cabinet, discard ripped or ill-fitting clothing from the closet, or to dispose of broken toys in a nursery.

• Write things down. Tasks seem more manageable when they are written down in black-and-white and can be crossed off as completed. Writing things down also helps make the mind feel more organized.

• Exercise caution before buying. Don’t buy more than you need; otherwise, you’ll have to find space for extra items. Also, keep inventory of food and supplies in the house so you’re not unwittingly buying duplicates.

• Sort mail and paperwork. Establish different categories for papers so they can be sorted and discarded as needed. These may include bills, invitations, school papers, and junk mail. Reduce paper clutter by opting for digital correspondence when possible.

• Make one repair at a time. Tackle that source of stress by focusing on one repair and seeing it through to completion.

• Delegate the work. If kids want to help organize, let them. It can be a fun project for an adolescent to rearrange the pantry or offer their ideas for corralling messes.

DID YOU KNOW?

Statistics from U.S. Youth Soccer indicate that millions of children across the country are taking to the sport that was once primarily associated with Europe and other parts of the world beyond the United States. According to U.S. Youth Soccer, more than three million youth players were registered to play soccer in 2014. That marks an amazing increase from just 40 years earlier, when barely more than 100,000 youths registered to play soccer. While the reasons behind the growing popularity of soccer within the United States are not officially known, one might reasonably trace American youths’ embrace of the sport to the U.S. Men’s National Team’s appearance in the 1990 World Cup. Though the team was defeated in each of its three matches in the 1990 World Cup, the appearance marked the United States’ first since 1950. In fact, participation in youth soccer in the United States in 2014 marked an 89 percent increase since 1990. In addition, the United States hosted the 1994 World Cup, likely generating even more interest in soccer, which many American youths now consider their favorite sport.

Here’s a tip

• You can remove berry stains from your ngers with lemon juice. Got berry juice on your tablecloth? Here’s E.B. of Mississippi’s suggestion: “Pour a generous amount of milk on the spot, let it soak for 15 minutes or more. en soak in cold water with soap for an hour or more. Wash, rinse and dry.”

• Soak raisins in cold water before chopping so that they won’t stick to your knife.

• “Use celery ribs lined up to create a base for your roast. is way, the juices move around more and the roast never sticks to the pan. I serve the celery with the roas.-- A.T. in Tennessee

• Need to chill some drinks for a party fast? Pile on the ice, of course, then add the secret weapon: water. Icy water chills drinks quicker than placing them in ice alone. e heat is transferred from the warm drinks to the water because there’s total contact.

PAW’S CORNER

Puppy Piddling is a Real Pain

DEAR PAW’S CORNER: My 6-month-old, medium-size mixed breed dog Jake has a problem I can’t seem to train him out of. Whenever he gets excited, he leaves pee droplets across the oor. Jake is healthy and energetic, and he housetrained quickly. What can I do to stop the piddling? --

DEAR PUPPER DAD: ere’s a very good chance that it can be resolved. It will take time and training, though.

Puppies under a year old piddle when they get excited or when they think they’re in trouble. Part of it may be a smaller bladder, but another part of it is what’s called “submissive urination.” Dogs piddle instinctively to signal that you are their superior. However, this isn’t a wild dog pack outdoors; it’s you and your dog and your beautiful hardwood oor.

Punishing or yelling at Jake when he piddles will not solve the problem. e real issue is one of con dence and of nding where he belongs in the household. Most puppies stop piddling at around one year old, especially in a home where there’s a predictable structure, as they mature and settle into their place in the family.

Encourage this during Jake’s rst year by staying calm when he piddles. Yelling or trying to correct on the spot can make the problem worse. Clean up the urine and lead him to a di erent spot, and work on a basic command with him like “sit-stay.”

Try not to pay attention to Jake when you come in the door from work. Ask visitors to look away from him when they come in. Later, when you and your visitors are settled on the sofa, pay attention to Jake with lots of praise. Learn more at this link: www.tu syourdog. com/dogtrainingandbehavior/the-three-reasons-puppies-piddle-indoors/.

THE BENEFITS TO JOINING A LOCAL GYM

Resolving to get healthy is a worthy goal. A healthy lifestyle that includes a nutritious diet and routine exercise can improve quality of life and decrease a person’s risk for various ailments, including diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

In an effort to exercise more, many men and women choose to join local gyms. Such a decision can have a profound impact on efforts to get healthier, benefitting men and women in myriad ways.

Gym members exercise more than non-members. It’s long been assumed that joining a gym motivates people to exercise more often, as few people want to pay monthly membership fees for facilities they don’t use. But researchers at Iowa State University backed up that assumption in a study of 405 relatively healthy adults. Half of the study participants had belonged to a gym for at least 30 days, while half had not been gym members for at least three months. Participants who belonged to a gym exercised an average of 484 minutes per week, greatly exceeding the 150-minutes-per-week minimum recommended by the Department of Health and Human Services. Non-members exercised an average of just 137 minutes per week, with only 18 percent meeting the recommended weekly exercise guidelines.

Joining a gym improves overall health. While common sense suggests joiningagymimprovesoverallhealth, theIowaStatestudyactuallyproved that to be true. The study found that, compared to non-members, gymgoers tended to have lower resting heart rates, higher cardiorespiratory fitness and smaller waist circumferences. Researchers found that those benefits were especially prevalent among participants who had kept their gym memberships for a year or more.

Joining a gym can increase the chances of getting more well-rounded workouts. DHHS guidelines say adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and should perform musclestrengthening exercises on two or more days each week. Non-members may be able to meet the guidelines for aerobic activity on their own, but the Iowa State study found that only about 20 percent of Americans meet guidelines for strength training. Gym memberships provide access to weights and strength-training machines that non-members do not necessarily have at home, increasing the chances that gym members will enjoy fuller, more well-rounded workouts.

Joining a gym can be a social endeavor. While many people join gyms to get healthy, it’s important that prospective members not overlook the potential social benefits of gym memberships. Exercise classes hosted at local gyms can provide great opportunities to meet like-minded individuals, and such individuals may ultimately become support systems people can lean on to achieve their fitness goals.

HOW EVERYDAY CITIZENS CAN PROTECT LOCAL PARKS

Leave nothing behind. Memories are not the only things park visitors should take with them when they leave the park. Estimates suggest that as much as 100 million pounds of garbage are generated at California’s Yosemite National Park each year. Significant damage can result if even a tiny fraction of that garbage is left behind. In addition, park officials forced to expend their limited resources on garbage pickup may not have enough resources left to address other issues, further threatening the park. Whether you’re hiking or camping, make sure everything you take into the park comes with you when you leave. If you have trash, make sure it’s deposited into the appropriate receptacles.

TIPS TO HELP MEN LOOK THEIR BEST: Make an effort to reduce stress. Stress produces a host of negative side effects, some of which can indirectly affect appearance. Some people dealing with stress end up suffering from insomnia, which can contribute to bags under the eyes. Stress also can adversely affect hydration of the skin, contributing to dry skin. Stress also can contribute to hormonal imbalances that lead to skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. If stress is a problem, make a concerted effort to reduce it, even working with a physician to reduce stress when necessary.

Warning Signs A Tire Is About To Go Flat

Tires often produce warning signs that a flat or blowout is about to emerge, so drivers who want to avoid such unfortunate developments can inspect their tires for the following signs.

• Varying wear: Tires should exhibit the same type of wear. The wear on front tires and back tires may differ, but one front tire should have the same amount of wear as the other and the same goes for the back tires. Uneven tread on tires indicates that the tire with more wear could be about to go out.

• Worn tread: Employ the quarter test. Insert a quarter into the tread of the tire, with George Washington’s head upright. If you can see the hairline of the United States’ first president, then you need to replace the tire. Perform this test on each of your vehicle’s four tires.

• Low pressure: Make sure their tires are at the manufacturerrecommended pressure, which can be found in a vehicle owner’s manual or by calling the tire manufacturer or visiting their website. An under inflated tire is under stress that can cause the tire to blowout.

• Vibration: A car that vibrates excessively may do so because tires are damaged. Whatever is behind a car that is vibrating, drivers should immediately take the car to their mechanic for an inspection.

• Physical damage to the tire: Sometimes tires exhibit physical damage like bulges or cuts, and such signs could mean a flat tire or blowout is just around the corner.

JULY 8TH IS NATIONAL SCUD DAY

July 8th, National SCUD Day, has nothing to do with Cold War missiles the name may evoke. e idea is to Savor the Comic, Unplug the Drama (SCUD), which is apropos advice year-round. Research shows that humor is good for physical and mental well-being.

e Mayo Clinic says, “Laughter lightens your mental load [and] induces physical changes in your body such as enhancing oxygenrich air intake, which in turn stimulates the heart, lungs, and muscles, and increases endorphins released by the brain. Laughter also activates and relieves stress responses, decreasing the heart rate and blood pressure, resulting in a good, relaxed feeling. Laughter can also have signi cant positive long-term bene ts on the immune system, pain responses, mood and feelings of personal satisfaction.”

Why not try to infuse comedy and fun in life, right?! So, in honor of National SCUD Day, turn down the drama and intentionally seek a good laugh.

National SCUD Day’s founding goes back to 2007 with Stephanie West Allen. An author and lawyer, Allen also studied psychology and knew that people were too stressed and needed time away from that stress. She hoped to encourage folks to forget being so serious, relax a bit, and infuse humor into life.

across the nation and world make their way to Western NY, so there is usually ample opportunity to nd live shows around town. Perhaps even consider checking out one of the local open mic nights to lighten your day and take a break from the drama and weight of human existence.

Lisa Fybush manages and hosts two open mics around Rochester, one on the rst and third ursday of the month at Rosen Krown (875 Monroe Avenue), and the other more casual Comedy on Deck with her husband, Scott, in their back yard (at an address privately available – nd her on FB for details), typically on the ursdays she’s not at Rosen Krown. is year, the Fybushes are having people vote for their favorite comics, and the winners will be in our Fringe show, Comedy On Deck Comes Inside.

“Life can be very di cult and bleak and if we weren’t able to see the funny side we would be miserable most of the time. ere are some religious philosophers who consider comedy a sacred profession because it helps people forget their troubles for a while,” Fybush says. She continues: “Savor the comic every day by not taking [yourself] too seriously and trying to be open to the funny side of situations. is world is crazy. Sometimes you just have to laugh.”

Shane Allen hosts the ROC Cinema Open Mic each Friday night (957 S. Clinton Ave.). Allen says, “ ey say laughter is the best medicine. I don’t think it can cure bunions, but I believe comedy is like a pressure valve for your soul. Comedy helps the audience confront uncomfortable truths, helps the comics work through their demons, and is a great reminder for us to never take ourselves too seriously.”

Allen says Rochester is “absolutely stacked with hilarious people – and the comedy community is engaged, supportive, and constantly growing. ROC Cinema have been amazing hosts and have gone all out to make the movie theater an amazing space for comedy. e open mics give the comics a real stage, a sound system, and the experience of performing in a theater.”

Focus on the positive, eliminate the negative, and simply enjoy life, even if only for a day. Allen says, “Celebrate by getting yourself out of the Drama Zone and into the Comic Zone! Try avoiding all the drama in your life – leave all that noise behind for the day.”

National SCUD Day is an ideal time to take a break from national/global news or even ctional dramas, and instead intentionally insert silliness into life. Consider scheduling time with fun/ny friends, watching a comedy lm or sit-com, even clicking on funny videos and memes when you have only a moment. Or simply keep handy a funny greeting card or comic strip, a website of jokes, or a humorous podcast. Find a way to laugh about situations you encounter, and stress will fade away.

Jamestown, NY, just a couple of hours from Rochester, is home to the National Comedy Center, drawing incredible acts celebrating small and big names in comedy. What a treasure! Comedians from

Allen and Fybush encourage everyone to attend open mics, follow local comics on social media, and share their content, all free but bene cial ways to support the local comic scene. For the latest in comedy events around Rochester, check out Rochester Comedy on Facebook.

Whatever you do, try to intentionally unplug from the day’s drama and I’m sure you’ll nd the weight of the world li ed, even just for that moment.

KITCHEN DESIGN WITH HEALTH AND ERGONOMICS IN MIND

(NAPSI)—Whether you’re among the 50 million Americans over 65 (90 percent of whom hope to continue to age at home), the 60 percent of families with children at home, have other ability issues or safety concerns or think you could someday, incorporating ergonomic elements that promote a seamless experience in the kitchen can make it a more comfortable place for everyone for many years to come.

Smart Sinks Given the amount of time spent in front of the sink, selecting one that considers your lifestyle and how you cook should be a priority. Details such as the durability and hygienic qualities of a sink’s material along with its style and size can impact efficiency and comfort.

For example, the latest sink from BLANCO, a manufacturer of finely crafted sinks, is designed to enhance workflow and accommodate all users. A first of its kind, the IKON® 33” Apron 1 3/4 Bowl with Low Divide sink is made with the brand’s exclusive SILGRANIT granite composite material. Easy to clean and scratch resistant, patented SILGRANIT material is a repellent, nonporous surface that eliminates the need to use harsh chemicals when cleaning.

The IKON sink also has a convenient low divide that sits just 5 1/2” from the sink bottom, making it easier to handle large pots and baking sheets while still dividing the sink into cleaning and prepping bowls. The apron front or farmhouse design, minimizes the need to lean over as much and so helps reduce strain.

Optional accessories further enhance comfort and workflow. A floating grid provides an extra level within the sink so handling hot and heavy pots can be safer and easier. A Floating Cutting Board that fits right on top of the sink instantly creates another workspace beyond the countertop.

Faucets Semi-professional and pull-down faucet models help make clean-up more efficient with their easy-to-maneuver design and powerful dual spray features. To make washing hands, food and dishes easier, consider a faucet with sensor technology such as the BLANCO SOLENTA™ Senso Semi-Professional Kitchen Faucet that lets you turn on the water with a wave of your hand. You don’t have to touch the faucet with your hands to get them clean—or if they’re full.

Other ways to enhance the ergonomics in your kitchen include:

• Use drawers instead of cabinets for storage so there’s less reaching

• Install different countertop heights to accommodate various users

• Raise the height of the dishwasher and oven if you can

• Select nonporous counter materials like quartz that are easy to keep clean

• Use LED lights for more brightness from less energy and that are cool to the touch

• Consider an easy-to-clean induction cooking surface—it can reduce energy costs, too Learn More: For further facts about sinks and faucets that can make your kitchen safer, more efficient and even better looking, visit blancoamerica.com.

Protecting Honeybees

Honeybees and other bees require some sort of shelter. Dead trees and plants provide adequate shelter, so don’t be so tempted to pull out all of the undergrowth in the name of aesthetics.

* On July 27, 1996, in Atlanta, the XXVI Summer Olympiad is disrupted by the explosion of a nail-laden pipe bomb in Centennial Olympic Park. Police were warned of the bombing in advance, it exploded before the anonymous caller said it would. Attention eventually turned to Eric Robert Rudolph, who was captured in 2003 after hiding in the mountains for five years.

Penny Saver Readers are the Best!

I want to thank all of the Penny Saver readers who responded to my requests for household items for refugee families. Your generosity is inspiring!

Compassionate Caring Neighborhood Pharmacy

I have been fortunate to be near Meade Square Pharmacy in Victor for eight years. Today I had a dire situation with a medication I was prescribed which I could not use or return. The situation was handled with true compassion and reassurance by the owner.

Thank You

Gotta thank the nice man who gave me the plant at Tops Market in Hamlin. Still growing and looks beautiful. Sorry I didn’t get your name, but thanks again.

Watch Your Children

Parents, please watch your children! From kids walking home alone from school to playing in the park or just shopping. Today I had to call the police because a 10 year old girl was getting bullied by 5 to 6 other kids. Now I sat there awhile minding my own business but when the little girl was pushed and was told to go to the bathroom I already knew. The little girl literally screaming “I don’t wanna fight” and “no.” Now what’s crazy is those kids that were bullying that girl had an adult in the car across the street. What wrong, parents? No matter if your kid is “old enough” to go to the park by themselves you should be present in your child’s life. We live close to the water where people get trafficked the most. I’ve seen it all being a nurse: Kids come in unconscious, assaulted, overdosing, broken body parts from fights and being bullied all cause the parents and the adults are not around and are not paying attention to their kids behavior and actions.

Bad Drivers

Why are so many people driving around believing roads are only for them? Running red lights, not stopping at stop signs, tailgating, speeding etc. For those who believe they’re more important, you’re NOT! To the young ignorant kid today that cut me off, when I had the right away, at the red light you didn’t have the backbone to look over. You’re someday going to experience road rage for your self centered attitude.

The old pot in the break room may not deliver the best brews these days, and you can give employees another coffee fix to help them perk up.
