Tuesday 17th July - Friday 20th July 9am – 5pm An exhibition of oil paintings by professional artist Beverley Fry with a mix of genres, including still lifes, interior scenes and portraiture
ABOUT BEVERLEY FRY The exhibition is a culmination of oils painted over the past three years, including the self-portrait that lead to me being selected as one of Sky Arts Portrait Artists of the Year 2018. The group that include copies of Vermeer’s pictures took a long time to realise and are part of an ongoing series. His work has an inner light and stillness that moves me deeply. Still lifes draw out my contemplative side. Through flowers I can explore beauty, colour, form - and witness the transitory fragility of being alive and the joy of it.
