Authors Greg Andonion is professor of architecture at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He has been the founding editor of the RAIC Journal Electric Architect, organized-chaired and edited 50 international symposiums on the Future of Architecture in North America and Europe, and published numerous technical and philosophical papers on Architecture. He is member of the Academy of Arts, Science and Engineering (IIAS). Ariel Aravot graduated from the Ceramics and Glass Department, the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, in 2020. He completed an internship at the Kayla Talmy's Ceramic Studio in Yuvalim, studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (Denmark) and at the Glass Factory in Orrefors Park (Sweden) in 2019. Specializing in glass blowing, his solo exhibit “In Dialogue” is presented at the Mizgaga Glazier Museum, Nahsholim in 2020/21. Shujun Ban is an experienced design teacher, working since 2004 in the Department of Product Design, School of Arts and Design, Qingdao University of Technology. Currently, she is a visiting researcher at the Politecnico di Milano for one year. She is a Web Media operator for self-created media brand “Second Air” from 2015 till now. She is the co-editor of #18 of “PAD. Pages on Arts and Design” scientific journal, dedicated to Women’s Making. Pete Evans AIA IDSA is an assistant professor in the Industrial Design department at Iowa State University with over 25 years of industry experience. Pete Evan´s teaching, scholarship and research involve mixed reality (VR and AR) simulation, prototyping, design and communication. He also founded and coordinates the FLEx (Forward Learning Experience) a mobile design & STEM outreach program. Marinella Ferrara (PhD) is associate professor of Industrial Design at the Politecnico di Milano. She teaches Product Design and is the Head of MADEC, the Material Design Culture Research Centre in the Design Department. Her research aims to clarify the relationship between design and technology in history and contemporary. Her fields of expertise include other topics, such as design & gender issues, history of design, today making & crafting, design for territory, and the design evolution in Mediterranean aeras. Mervi Friman (PhD), has worked in administration and research duties at HAMK University of Applied Sciences (Hamk) over 20 years. Nowadays, as a Research Manager, her interests focus on higher education pedagogy and policy, ethics in teaching, learning and research, sustainable 277
