Many Thanks to our Hampton Hall Club Ambassadors!

We thank you for your help as you graciously reach out to fellow members, making sure they are enjoying their new club.
Your Club’s Ambassadors warmly greet new members and make them feel at home. Their role is essential in the Club’s mission to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable environment. Whether it’s a friendly email or phone call, an invitation to play golf, tennis or pickleball, or an opportunity to mix and mingle at a dining event, Ambassadors help build connections and spark friendships. Neighbors become friends and friends become family!
Hampton Hall welcomed over 70 new property owners and nearly 80 new golf members January through November 2022. If you are a new member and haven’t connected with your ambassador and are ready to do so, please contact your Membership team and we’ll be happy to introduce you!
New Ambassadors are also needed! If you would like to serve as a Hampton Hall Club Ambassador, please complete the Ambassador Volunteer Form listed under MY CLUB on the Club website. You may also attend the informational meeting planned for Wednesday, February 8 to learn more. Thank you for helping reflect the warm and inviting culture of our Club! Lagoon Update
Several things need to be accomplished before any lagoon work can begin. It is an extensive project and we must first identify the available companies capable of doing the work. The work will include dredging, rebuilding littoral shelves, planting the littoral shelves, repairing many of the bank areas and installing new crown grass on the banks. The littoral shelves keep the sides of the lagoons intact as the water moves through them as part of our stormwater management system.
Next, we will request proposals from the companies to bid the work. The bids will then be evaluated before being awarded. It has been recommended to conduct the dredging work at the same time the golf course is closed for the least interruption. Once the contract has been awarded, we hope to start the actual work on this project in April of 2023.
Common Grounds Landscape Plan
Wood and Partners was hired to work on a comprehensive plan for the aging landscape in the common grounds and the club grounds of Hampton Hall. Much of the landscaping that was originally planted has long passed its healthy life span. These professionals are tasked to provide a comprehensive plan for the Club and the needed funds that will be allocated over the next four years in phases.
Parking Lots and Rejuvenator
The parking lots for both clubhouses are scheduled to be resurfaced in 2023. The funds have been accrued for in the Club reserve study. We will also be adding rejuvenator to the approximate twelve miles of roads in our community to preserve a longer life span. This is estimated to extend the life up to four years before we begin to mill and replace the asphalt throughout the entire community.
Golf Course Restoration
The golf course restoration project is scheduled to begin April 2023. We are planning to sprig the greens, address drainage and restore the bunkers. Golf Course Architect, Nathan Crace of Watermark Golf, has been working with the committee. They have done a terrific job of researching and planning for this project.
In Closing
We are busier than ever with Club dining and events. Please review the calendar and make your reservations online. I am very thankful for the TEAM that we have here at Hampton Hall Club. Although the labor market has been challenging recently in the area, our team has continued to support the Club and our membership through longer hours and dedicated service.
Warmest Wishes,
