Evaluation: This brief was a 2 week brief and has been one of my most successful in terms of the amount of work produced and the enjoyment I got from it. Myself and Lisa work really well collaboratively and even though we work differently and have different design styles they complimented each other really well. I learnt a lot from the way that Lisa works and have definitely tried to take on some of this knowledge and apply it my own process in order to make it more successful. It was interesting seeing how my manual illustrations would work in an otherwise quite clean cut, and corporate style of branding. This was a really successful brief for both me and Lisa and the importance we placed on photographing the final re-brand shows it off to the best quality meaning that we can both be proud to put it in our portfolios. As we discussed, if we had more time we would have liked to photograph this in context and have real people using the branded ephemera to show the brand in use, However the brief stated that we needed to produce the re-brand for Harry Ramsdens, referencing the past but bringing it into the future and I feel that we succeeded in doing so. We produced a thorough brief with a large quality of work that merges both of our individuals styles well to answer the brief.
