Key Club is more than just a volunteer organization. Key Club, in my opinion, is an organization where everyone is welcomed and treated as if they were family. My time with Key Club has allowed me to grow as a person while also forming strong ties with people I now consider family. Key Club provided me with the opportunity to be surrounded by driven and optimistic people. Not only has this organization helped me in overcoming my everlasting fear of public speaking, but it has also helped me muster up the confidence to put myself in uncomfortable situations and develop leadership skills. I am extremely appreciative of this experience and for the opportunity to create memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I am so proud of what we have accomplished as a group, and I hope that our future officers and members will continue to share our message: that service and unity can make the world a better place. Go Key Club!!!

MESSAGE FROM

the President

Can you believe it guys?? We’re finally done with Homecoming and Spookapalooza preparations!!! No more staying after school dedicating hours to embellish our precious Bowie. I am incredibly thankful for each and every one of you guys who came out to help. Because of your efforts, we were able to get our school in the spirit and provide something fun for the kids. Now that this phase is over, I am so excited and ready to move on to even greater things. Now we have the time to really venture outside of our own building and do good around our community. We’ll show others what Key Club really is about: providing service to our community. Again, great work everyone and stay tuned for more opportunities… and fun!!!

-Mindy Vu
