Sanctuary A guide for living The Morning Time. Open curtains. Get up in the morning and say “Hello world” like you mean it. Try and conquer the ‘blues’ before you even think about leaving the house. Make sure you are warm and have drunk. Don’t worry about transport, walk a little. Use your legs – they will carry you wherever you want to go and are meant to be your transport mode. Do larger strides and you will get there quicker. Have nice smells around you, like lavender and so forth. Give a nice big deep breath to the world. Feel your breath going into the world around you, just the natural parts though, not the manmade things. And again. The Night Time As owls fly about it is time for you to go to bed. Dismiss the day you’ve had as an unfathomable mystery – there’s no point in denying it. All the pressure, all the woes, you might as well bury your self deep into your bed in your blanket. You might as well. Go on, you deserve it. Try not to think too much about the riddles you cant get answers to, if they’re with you at night time they might haunt you in the morning time. Close curtains. The Day Time Every day is a gift given to us lets not waste it. The Life Time Here I am God, do what you want with me, my senses have your name on them. I subject myself to you and only you. I send my senses outward to you and hope for some kind of a response from you. Don’t delay, send me something today.

The Birth Time The parents are so lucky to receive you. Not everyone wants to come to Earth, they scream and kick as though their very life depended on it. But it’s not their job to decide, it’s not their decision – it’s God’s. He will decide upon whether or not you will and when you will next incarnate. It’s a matter of fact. You hand over your free will to God, every time you think about coming down to Earth again because He has the full information at hand in order to make such a fact-based decision, and you, glorious as you may be do not have all of the facts. One wrong decision and it could completely mess up the whole of His Creation. The Death Time The penance is paid. This is the most exciting time for the Human Being. Go forth into being where the coloured shining lights are of different shapes – these are the Angels. They long to stand next to you and say ‘well done!’. Everything you do is amazing under the Light of Heaven.
The Spirit Time Your lonely days – you are free to wander the vast planes of Heaven on your own. You can take things with you, as an explorer would take his rocks from the Earth with him. Heaven is a journey which is meant to be embarked upon. What will you find? Tell God what you find. Look up and you can feel God communicating to your heart, and throat, telling you what He wants you to do, what would be good for you. Under His Direction Clean The House and keep your house under lock and key, keep it safe. Look after your food and also where it is housed. Check your drinking water, don’t always assume that it is clean. Ring your ears out before you get in bed, it will clear out an energetic bridge between the ears and across the brain and it will help you sleep more easily – honestly. Go ahead and try it. Breathe and connect to the entire energy field of air, which is everywhere.
