Belgian Beer is known to many as the nectar of the gods! Belgians say this literally since beer was originally brewed in the Middle Ages by monks throughout Belgium. The monastic tradition is still celebrated today as there are six Trappist and countless Abbey Beers still in production today in Belgium.
