It was later extended to include 21 other languages. The Dubai Font is not only a digital typeface used for writing but also a form of communication allowing people around the world to express their personalities and feelings in an ever-evolving digital world. Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai His Highness

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expressing his delight on the launch of Dubai’s own font said, “The launch of the Dubai Font to the world is a very important step for us as part of our continuous efforts to be ranked first in the digital world. AG Heuer recently announced the launch of a unique timepiece that has been designed in collaboration with the Dubai Department of Tourism & Marketing (Dubai Tourism) at Arabian Travel Market (ATM) held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Senior Dubai Tourism representatives and Philippe Roten, Commercial Director of TAG Heuer, were present for the occasion. The Dubai Special Edition was exhibited during ATM. The Dubai Connected Watch Modular 45 is a living testimony to a successful partnership between two brands whose brand values both represent a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. While TAG Heuer prides itself on its rich Swiss watchmaking heritage and Avant-Garde Spirit, Dubai has become a name synonymous with dynamism and a digitally connected spirit. The Dubai Special Edition

timepiece is mounted on a brown calfskin strap with rubber lining with an exclusive “DUBAI” embossing. The piece also has a spare strap in the unmistakable shade of blue associated with Dubai. A special case back has been created with an engraving of the Dubai logo. The partnership between TAG Heuer & DUBAI has also resulted in the creation of three innovative digital watch faces that will be animated throughout the day. The first option alludes to the fact that Dubai is a “City That Never Sleeps” and is for the fashionable user who aspires to attain an understated yet sleek night time look and feel. It will reflect a metallic finish and elements included are the shade of blue that is specific to the Dubai branding. Titled “The Land of Desert and Sea”, the second face recreates a sense of tranquility that takes users

on a sensory voyage of the senses. The colours presented suggest an ocean or desert-like vibe and change slightly through the day, representing a different state of time. The stylistic approach lies between classic and thematic. “Your Time, Our Essence”, the third option focuses on icons that represent Dubai and its culture. A unique icon - such as the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and a falcon and peacock - will be used for each hour while the background remains sleek to give the icons a statement pop. This approach gives users an element of surprise and personalization for each hour with 24 icons for 24 hours of the day. Watch connoisseurs will be pleased to know that 200 timepieces, priced at AED 8,000, will be made available to the public from the third week of June, which will make it the perfect gift for Eid.

Despite all these severe consequences, the reason people cannot stick to a diet plan is because they tend to give in to their workplace environment very easily. Most of the workers get trapped at their desks for almost nine hours a day; they tend to stick to their seats except for taking a quick lunch or an occasional break. It is an undeniable fact that “employees who sit more weigh more”. It is very important that you walk and do a little exercise to keep yourself fit, as the longer you sit at your desk, the greater are your chance of being obese or overweight. Obesity leads to several problems such as increased insurance costs, increased absenteeism, decreased employee retention, lower profits and much more. Eating healthy breakfast in the morning not only keeps your body energized but also gets your blood pumping. A lot of people try to lose weight by skipping breakfast, but that’s a wrong habit and it does not good. 2. Limit Your Coffee Intake Coffee isn’t really responsible for weight gain but it is not healthy to drink a lot of it every morning. Coffee contains caffeine in large quantity that brings you up once but then drops you down the more you drink. It stimulates your craving for food and reduces metabolism. If you’re looking for better weight loss results, then it’s recommended to switch to green tea. As it not only speeds up the metabolism but keeps you on a natural high without letting you down like coffee. 3. Build Healthy Snacking Habits Eat healthy!! Keep yourself feeling full and satisfied the entire day with smaller and healthier meals, this will help you lose weight at work. Yogurt, berries, protein snack bars, cut-up fruit, melon, raisins or a mix of some crunchy

vegetables are some good snacks that you can consume the entire day to feel full and healthy. Stay away from vending machines that contain unhealthy and sugary snacks and drinks. These types of snacks will make you feel good for some time, till there is a sugar buzz just like coffee but after that whammo! You’ll be ready for a nap. 4. Stand-Up and Move Despite the amount of work you have, it is important for you to take a break every few hours, walk a bit and stretch. Get up from your seat and walk for around 10 minutes at least every two- three hours. Go outside and enjoy some fresh air. Do some desk exercise and walk up and down stairs. This additional exercise will help you in working more efficiently as it clears your mind and gives you a boost of energy. 5. Keep Yourself Hydrated Keep yourself hydrated, drink a lot of water as the water takes the edge off your appetite and is necessary for losing weight. Drink water at room temperature, neither too warm nor too cold. More often people confuse thirst with hunger and start to consume calories. Keep a check on it, next time you are feeling really hungry, you might just be dehydrated. Nowadays, water is available in a variety of flavors and is packed with extra vitamins to give you a boost of energy.

Carefully pick through the crab to remove any broken shell pieces. Use a stainless-steel tray with a deeper tray underneath full of ice to keep the crab meat cold as it will spoil fast if it gets warm. Using two bowls, again one full of ice and the other one on top of the ice to keep the crab cold, place the meat inside and then add the other ingredients but keep a little of each back just to be sure it’s not too much liquid and moisture. When you’ve mixed all together, add any of the additional ingredients that are need. Taste the mix and correct seasoning if needed, keep chilled in the fridge.

To serve, (using a room temperature bowl) Pour a little basil bisque in the bowl, then using a small steel ring or cutter place a little of the dressed crab inside and gently push flat to make a level surface then take a heaped spoon of the crispy seaweed and place on top. Eat and enjoy !!!
