The Elgiva Theatre will not be held responsible for any tickets purchased through unauthorised methods.

Concessions: Concessionary rates are available where indicated and apply in most cases to full-time students, children (15 years and under), over 60s, the unwaged, job seekers, people claiming income support or family credit and registered disabled (and carers). The Elgiva Theatre reserves the right to introduce or withdraw prices and discounts without notice. Some offers may only be available through the Box Office and not online. Children: We welcome and encourage children, ages 24 months to 15 years inclusive, however some events or shows are not suitable for very young children. Babes in arms will not normally be admitted to performances. Any parents or guardians with children aged under 24 months must purchase a ‘babe in arms’ ticket at a cost of £2 and sit on the guardian’s lap. Babies will only be admitted to U or PG films. Twenty booster seats are available for small children, on a first come first served basis. Children under 14 must be supervised at all times at a ratio of not less than 1 adult per 10 children. The Elgiva Theatre reserves the right to ask parents/supervisors to remove children if, in the opinion of the management, they are causing a disturbance. A family ticket constitutes a group of four tickets made up of 1 adult and 3 child or 2 adult and 2 child tickets. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, so as to minimise disruption to other patrons. The Elgiva Theatre reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket in exceptional circumstances. The taking of photographs, the use of mobile phones and mobile devices and the making of any recordings of any performance is strictly prohibited unless otherwise specified. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to be photographed or filmed as part of a group. Strobe lighting, smoke effects, loud bangs, gunshots, loud sound effects and smoking are sometimes used in Elgiva Theatre productions. The Elgiva has a no smoking policy throughout the building. This includes e-cigarettes. The Elgiva Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to the Elgiva Theatre and site.
