Champion Beer of the Festival Wakefield CAMRA 2008 Dark, silky smooth with copious quantities of finest English chocolate and crystal malts balanced by hints of berries from whole English hop flowers. A delicious blend of dark malts provides a complexity in character which draws you in for another sip. Named after the brewer's dog, who's also very dark and complex! An American Pale Ale. Notes pending. Beautifully hoppy, pale bitter brewed specially for the European championships. A citrus hop flavour derived from English Sovereign and Boudicea hops in the hopback. Complemented by a subtle sweetness of light crystal and cara-malt. A fantastic floral aromas and refreshingly subtle biterness provided by Aramis hops from Alsace; this is the perfect player to hearten your team.
