Silver Medal, SIBA S.E. Region Beer competition 2011. Clean and crisp loaded with hopped flora hop aroma with pale malt flavour and dry finish.
Oakham
Using hops specially imported from US, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. Dry, crisp and seriously hoppy.
Silver SIBA East Premium Bitters 2013. A premium beer of structured quaity, fruity hop notes with a grainy background and dry finish. A full and flavoursome dark mild. Subtle additions of real black cherries in Muscavado with light Amarillo 4.2 hopping provide a truly rich and wonderful taste experience. 4.8 4
An American style pale ale with good bitterness from Cascade and Centennial hops, infused with a hint of blackberry. The aroma is overflowing with apricot andwarm orange with a hint of caramel and peach. A clean, satisfying and balanced beer. Bursting with resin and hoppy flavours that packs quite a punch, as a traditional IPA should. Refreshing for the summer, yet strong enough to be warming in the winter.
A chestnut bronze-coloured bitter with a smooth mouthfeel and freshness; a classic style strong bitter brewed as a Dark Star version of Festive, a former great Sussex beer from King & Barnes. 4.2 Packed with the Noble Tettnang leaf hop to create a gentle floral aroma with a touch of spice to the taste and finished with Saaz hops to add a light bitterness at the end. 5 Using Barley tipple from the farm, this is a refreshingly hoppy beer with aromas of orange and tangerine. 5
