Children’s Parties Give your little one a party to remember - celebrate their birthday at The Hawth! Sleeping Beauty Juvenile Auditions

The Hawth and Evolution Pantomimes, are looking for girls to be part of the Juvenile Ensemble for our spectacular pantomime, Sleeping Beauty starring alongside Stephen Mulhern and Cat Sandion. To audition you must be between 8-15years on 1 September 2014. Registration will begin at 10am and auditions will end at approximately 12pm but successful auditionees may be asked to stay longer. Please bring water, wear comfortable clothing and soft/dance shoes and be ready to learn a routine on the day. Successful dancers will be required to commit fully to the pantomime from the rehearsal period to the run of the performance: 29 Nov 2014 – 4 Jan 2015.

We’re Going On A Bear Hunt

A family go on an expedition of a lifetime – running down the grassy bank, wading through the cold river, squelching over the oozy mud, stumbling into the dark forest, then peering into a cave… what will they find? Little Angel Theatre brings Michael Rosen’s thrilling and funny adventure to life in this entrancing puppetry production with music and lyrics by renowned singersongwriter Barb Jungr. Something is keeping Emily Brown awake… Tall Stories (creators of The Gruffalo stage show) present their brand new show, based on the book by Cressida Cowell (writer of How to Train your Dragon) and Neal Layton. One evening, Emily Brown and her old grey rabbit Stanley hear a Thing crying outside their window. He just can’t get to sleep. Emily Brown and Stanley set off on incredible adventures to find the Thing’s cuddly… his bedtime milk… his medicine – but nothing seems to help him settle. Disney’s Frozen gets the full Sing-a-long-a treatment! Who hasn’t been singing Let It Go and wanting to dress up as Elsa! Join in the full experience with lyrics on screen and sing along with songs from the film. There is so much to tell about how Babar escapes a hunter in the Great Forest and goes to live with the Old Lady in the town, before returning to his fellow elephants and a wonderful surprise... Sleeping Beauty

Following the massive success of Cinderella, popular TV presenter Stephen Mulhern who was such a hit in last year’s show returns in the spectacular family pantomime Sleeping Beauty. Starring alongside Stephen will be hilarious impressionist Hilary O’Neil, children’s favourite Cat Sandion (CBeebies), Josh James (2010 UK Eurovision entrant) and the return of the two Ugly Sisters from last year – Ian Smith (King Izznit) and Michael Batchelor (Nurse Nellie). Expect a festive family treat – glamour, romance, comedy, song, audience participation and stunning special effects there’s even a fire-breathing dragon!
