LIFE DRAWING Mondays 1.30-5.30pm Mondays 25 June-23 July 6.30-8.30pm Wednesdays 20 June-25 July (except 11 July) 10am-12noon Rachel Cowell offers two blocks of Life Drawing sessions focused on learning and experimenting with new materials and gaining more skills for people regardless of ability or previous experience. Suitable for 16+. Admission: £12 per session (£10 per session if you book either block)
Learn the basics of the instrument, how to play in a group and have fun on Saturdays at 9.30am (beginners), 10.15am (intermediate) and 11.15am (improvers). Suitable ages 16+. PAPERCRAFT WITH NATALIE O’SHEA Saturdays 7 July, 8 September, 13 October, 24 November & 15 December 10am-3pm Come and join Natalie O’Shea to make a fabulous handmade greeting cards. If you thought you weren’t artistic, then Natalie will show you how easy it is to make personalised cards whether you think you are crafty or not. 4 hour sessions with all materials provided - however, please bring scissors, ruler, glue and a trimmer, if you have one. £20 per session, available from Box Office.

The music is purely Motown & Soul, and easy to sing. All ages and abilities (and sexes ... great songs for the lads!) are welcome to evenings of fun; vocal warm-ups, basic rhythms, a few side steps - soft shoes advised - and some great numbers to maybe, even, perform!
CREATIVE WRITING: THE SHORT STORY
Led by Beth McLean, who has great experience with many vocal styles.
There’ll be lots of writing practice and we’ll talk about theme, dialogue, character, plot, viewpoint and research. Alison Carter, writer of over 500 published short stories, serials and articles, will guide your way.

Sat 11 August 10am-4pm Would you like to write fiction? Come along and make a story! In this workshop we will take a story apart and find out what makes it a good read.
There is no need for previous writing experience, and you won’t be made to read your work if you choose not to. Tickets: £35
