news Playgroup back from the flood
C
entral Street playgroup has returned to our diary pages this issue after re-opening in early November. The playgroup is housed in the school’s new community room, which it is hoped will become a great new asset to the families of Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The room is already booked for use by Sure Start services, with Baby Massage Baby Yoga and Family support drop ins already on the agenda. Jenny Melling, the Executive Head teacher at the school, told us, “ We have been fortunate to be able to set up and resource an environment especially
for the younger children. This includes a baby soft area, role play, dens, sand, water, painting, trikes and walkers. It has been a pleasure to plan and organise and it is wonderful to see the children and families enjoying it. “We had 21 children on the register on the first session, so it was very busy, but wonderful to welcome pre-school children and families back after last year’s flooding.” The playgroup runs on Thursday mornings (term time only) 9:00 – 11:00am £1.50 per family.

Kidsfest
D
Todmorden’s annual space for glittery mayhem
ue to the hard work of a group of dedicated locals, who volunteer to put on this free afternoon every year near Christmas, Kidsfest will once again fill Todmorden Town Hall on Saturday 3rd December, between 12 and 3pm.
Mary Clear, one of the volunteers, told us more. “When I first started work in Todmorden, and saw the fabulous town hall, I wanted to find a way for young children to have access to what is their future heritage. In the early days it was tricky to convince people that the grade one building could handle glitter, glue and hundreds of children but now, in partnership with the town council and Calderdale council, our activities are welcome.
“We understand how tough it is for parents to find something, near Christmas, that costs absolutely nothing and is suitable for the whole family. This year we have a lots of attractions that will all help to achieve that goal. “We will have a dressing up corner with costumes that tell the history of the town hall, our pals from ‘Tod in Bloom’ always come and make Christmas crowns, and lots of other organisations from the town will be there, all having glittery, sticky fun. Remember to bring a big bag with you to take your wonderful creations home!
“Age Concern will be running the quiet corner for us. This is the area where you can leave things to be looked after while you enjoy the show. They will mind anything from coats to prams and buggies, and even look after babies. They have a cosy space suitable for breastfeeding and a rug with toys suitable for babies. “We welcome all kids from 0 to 90 and we welcome the adults who want to have a go at the huge variety of arts and crafts on offer. Be prepared for paint, glitter and glue. It’s free, it’s fun and it’s fabulous and, for us volunteers, it’s the highlight of our year.”
news Festive fun in Ripponden
T
he countdown has begun for the brightest and best Christmas in Ripponden – ever.
Plans are well underway for the largest Christmas event the village has ever seen – a Christmas market complete with animals, live music and stalls galore full of festive fare. Ripponden Festival group is working with St Bartholomew’s Church and is incorporating its Winter Market into this full day of activity on Saturday 3 December between 12 noon and 5pm. Stalls will be both inside the church and outside, spilling onto the car park opposite and in front of The Bridge Inn. The range of goods available will include arts and crafts, artisan food, gifts, local wines and much more. Meanwhile, Ripponden will be open for business too. All shops and businesses are competing in a best Christmas window competition. Visitors to the market will be encouraged to go around the village and judge the shop windows with an on-line vote. Local school choirs will be performing alongside local musicians and groups, as well as Punch & Judy, a barrel organ and a group of Santa’s elves to add to the festive fun.

new place for Bright Buttons in walsden
A
new nursery has recently opened in Walsden. Situated at the corner of Rochdale Road and Winterbutlee Road, in its own attractive, safe grounds, Bright Button Nursery opened its doors for the very first time in October 2016.
The nursery is registered for just 28 children, giving it a small and homely feel with a focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to learn, laugh and play. Melanie, the owner of the new business, told us that one of the important things she was most proud of was her staff. “They are all highly qualified, with special SEN (Special
Right - Mel and Ashleigh are ready with a cheerful smile Bottom - Buddy enjoying his day at nursery
Educational Needs) training and so can provide a fully inclusive environment for all children and their individual needs. All the staff are also paediatric first aid trained, and more, so they can offer the very best quality of care.” “Since taking over the building, everything has been fully refurbished.” says Melanie. “All the rooms are bright with new equipment and a plethora of fun and stimulating learning experiences. “We can take children aged 3 months old to 5 years and can offer free grant places to those that qualify.” Open days are planned in the near future so keep an eye on their facebook page, or give them a call to arrange a visit.

Oldest Playgroup needs your support
W
e have recently been contacted by the new leaders at Centre Vale Playgroup in Todmorden. The playgroup meets every Monday morning in the Fielden Centre, by Todmorden Park, 9.30am till 11.30am and has been in existence for over 40 years. However, due to regulars coming up to school age, there has been a steady decline in people attending the group since September. Unfortunately, the drop in numbers, combined with potential rent increase, means there is a worry that the playgroup may have to fold, which would be a real shame after such a long time. Marie Wheelwright, one of the new leaders at the group tells us; “We only moved to Todmorden last year and, as a mum of three, with two of my children under five, the Centre Vale playgroup was one of the first places I went to in Todmorden in the
hope of meeting other parents. I found the group really inclusive and friendly. Everyone made me so welcome there. I quickly made lasting friendships and even found myself looking forward to the Monday morning stroll across the park to the group. I never thought I’d look forward to Mondays!” Lead by volunteers Marie, Lacey and Leanne, the group provides a stimulating range of activities including baking and crafts, sand and water play, music and singing. “We always try to have themed activities such as Halloween crafts and Christmas parties.” Lacey told us. “There
are lots of sensory toys suitable from birth and, for older tots, we have a wide range of construction toys, puzzles and many other toys. We are also doing a sponsored Christmas toddle in the park to raise funds for the group. “The £1.50 admission fee, £1 for additional children, 50p for babies under 6 months, includes a healthy snack with toast, fruit and vegetable sticks, plus unlimited tea or coffee and biscuits for parents. “We welcome new comers to the group and offer the first session free of charge. We invite you to come and visit our happy group in the bright and sunny Fielden Centre Hall. We hope to see lots of lovely new faces in the coming weeks.”

news Icky Sticky Kids survives to make it five
A
fter 12 months of upheaval Icky Sticky Kids, Hebden Bridge’s much-loved messy play group, will celebrate its fifth birthday early in 2017.
The Tuesday morning favourite mixes messy fun and imagination in a series of activities based around sand, play dough, water and any number of other media. Each week a different craft activi-ty gives the creative kids something to take home, while a surprise station – one week it might contain colourful spaghetti, another icky sticky baked beans – makes sure the fun stays fresh. However, talking of water, Icky Sticky Kids could easily have become another victim of last year’s devastating Boxing Day floods, when its original home at Holme Street Arts Centre was left with a severely buckled floor and a seriously uncertain future. “That was a huge blow because Holme Street was such a perfect venue,” says Icky Sticky founder Nichola Cortese. “Icky Stcky
can’t run just anywhere. The space needs to be both child-friendly and easy to clean, as well as being big enough for all the children to have the space they need. There aren’t many suitable places around.” Luckily, the Methodist Church on Market Street (opposite the Co-op car park) stepped into the breach and Icky Sticky Kids’ new permanent home fits the bill perfectly. “It’s great,” says Nichola. “It’s actually a bit cosier than Holme Street and a slightly warmer, more welcoming environment, but the kids can still be as messy as they like!” Icky Sticky Kids runs every Tuesday morning 10-11.30 at the Methodist Church, Market Street, Hebden Bridge HX7 6EU. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available for grownups.

*Special Note:
ince this review was written we have learned that MOSI is undergoing extensive changes and some of the galleries referred to are now closed. The following information was taken from the MOSI website:
Transforming our Museum
We’re changing. We’re creating something amazing. We want to share it with you. Our corner of Manchester has been a hive of activity since the early 19th century, and has always been at the forefront of change in the city. The museum houses the world’s oldest surviving passenger railway station and the world’s first railway warehouse from 1830. And now we’re changing again. We’re redeveloping our site to create a truly world class 21st century museum for Manchester. Our plans are ambitious, and they mean big changes to the museum that many of you know and love.
What’s happening now?
In the next few months, we’ll be preparing for the construction of our state-of-the-art Special Exhibition Gallery, due to open in 2018.
What’s the Special Exhibition Gallery?
The Special Exhibition Gallery will be built underneath the arches of the 1830 viaduct and in the 1830 Warehouse. It will enable us bring internationally acclaimed exhibitions to the museum and to create our own, as well as providing a new creative space in the city. It will cost £6m to build the new gallery, which has been generously supported by DCMS and the Wellcome Trust.
What will be changing?
In order to realise our ambitions, we’re closing some of our galleries permanently. Between March and September 2016, we said a fond farewell to the Computing Gallery, Energy for the Future Gallery, Electricity Gallery, the Gas Gallery, Underground Manchester, the Making of Manchester Gallery and the 4D Theatre. The collections in these galleries will be stored, redisplayed elsewhere in the Museum or loaned to other museums and galleries. Moving these objects for the first time in decades also gives us the opportunity to document, research and care for them. We know that some of you will be disappointed to wave goodbye to old favourites like Underground Manchester, but we will be creating some new and immersive experiences in future gallery developments over the coming years. In the meantime, there are still plenty of great things to do on site, including great events and exhibitions, plus the daily demonstrations of working machinery that bring our collections to life.
Where can I find out more?
We’ll be talking a lot over the next few years about the transformation of our museum, so keep checking the website for regular updates. Meanwhile, if you have any queries please email us or phone 0161 832 2244.
P
ut simply, this is a brilliant place to visit when the rest of the world is doing something else, like Christmas shopping! Or it’s a great use of a school inset day. It’s a great day out at any time, but is an even better experience when it’s less crowded. MOSI has been covered before as an Out & About, but it is worth a re-visit. We had been to MOSI before, but they were perhaps just a bit too young to really appreciate it, plus it had been very busy. So this time, armed with my trusty Family Railcard, I planned to go on an Inset day before half-term. Our train ticket included the Manchester city centre trams so we could get to Deansgate station just a short walk from the museum. There is parking close by but, for us, the journey is all part of the fun (except when I get us lost). Open from 10am until 5pm almost all year round, MOSI is based on a site which was originally a terminus of the world’s first passenger railway. It’s huge, comprising of five listed buildings, and there is no entry fee, although a donation is politely requested. It is part of Science Museum Group (the National Media Museum in Bradford, which
is also brilliant, is another) and is one of the most hands-on Museums I have been to. In 2010 over £9 million was invested in this establishment with an aim to combine the history and the development of the industrial era, scientific theory and how it all applies in the real world, which is no easy task! This time the children (now aged 6, 9 and 10) were the right age to be interested and actively engaged in the history and scientific experiments that we were surrounded by. Each of the buildings are massive and there really is so much to see it would be difficult to do it all in one day. There are steam trains, helicopters, Victorian sewers* and the ever- popular ‘Experiment’ level. Here the children could freely wander around and press buttons, pull levers, solve puzzles and generally get physically involved in learning about
page out &header about
MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry) certain aspects of science (this is where it gets really busy during school holiday time). During this visit we stayed here for well over an hour, trying out everything with little or no queuing for activities. Who can resist turning a wheel and at the same time learning about how gear mechanisms can work to lift a mini car up off the floor? All the ‘experiments’ were child friendly. We also spent ages investigating the
Station Building, parts of which have been renovated to illustrate what the First Class ticket booking hall would have looked like nearly 200 years ago. Here you can also learn about Manchester’s water treatment systems and sewage, including Victorian sewers; obviously the old toilets caused much amusement among my clan, even if they were a little creepy.* There is a café that serves children’s lunch boxes for about £5.00 each and a (not very big, but clean) picnic area which we made use of. There is good ‘step-free’ access for prams and wheelchairs and there is a free buggy park at the main entrance, although you are advised to take your valuables with you as this area is not secured. There are plenty of toilets and baby changing facilities throughout the site. The only charges are for the 4D cinema and a Morphis flight simulator and occasionally the special exhibitions. They are all supposed to be excellent value for money, though we didn’t visit on this occasion.*
In all we were here for about 3 hours and we still missed out a whole building and the Textile Gallery in the main Great Western Warehouse. There was too much to do and we ran out of time. Plus I think that was enough for a half day visit. The rest we can do on another outing - maybe the next inset day! This is definitely a place worth re-visiting. However, please take my advice: Don’t go on a rainy day in the normal school holidays, it will be heaving and not as enjoyable as it could be! By Tracey Sunderland

Applying for a Primary School Place - FAQs Who needs to apply and when?
Any child who was born between 1st September 2012 and 31st August 2013 will need to begin school in the next academic year. They don’t legally need to start until the beginning of the term following their fifth birthday, but Calderdale provides places for any eligible child from the beginning of September in the academic year in which they turn five. Also, children who attend an Infantonly school, who are currently in year 2, need to apply for a place at a Junior school in the same way. Any child who’s permanent address is in Calderdale must use the Calderdale application process, irrespective of where their preferred school is located. The application forms, known as the Common Preference Forms, will become available online on 8th November ‘16 and the forms must be submitted by 5th January ‘17. The forms can be filled in online ONLY.
Is the form difficult to fill in?
No. The form itself is very straight forward, with space for you to name three schools of your choice. All will be considered equally and, only if your child is eligible to attend more than one school, will your preference (the order you placed them on the form) be taken into account.
What does “Admissions Criteria” mean?
Many schools have more applications than they have places. Therefore they must apply some rules to decide which children are offered places. These must be clear, fair and objective but do vary from school to school. The details for each school are covered in detail in the “Information for Parents” booklet that is also available to download from the website. It may be worth reading these details carefully before choosing the order for the schools you put on the form.
What if my application is late?
There are some admissible reasons for being late with the application form but, otherwise, your application will only be considered after all other places are allocated.
When will I find out which school we have been offered?
Everyone will receive an offer of a school place on the same day. That will be 18th April ‘17. When filling in the form you can choose how you would like to receive your offer, either by post, email or by logging back into your online account.
What if we are not happy with the decision?
The first thing to do is put your child name on the re-allocation list. The closing date for this process will be 1st May ‘17. Details will be sent out with the placement offer letter. Otherwise you have a right to appeal.

he law of England and Wales states that “The parent of every child of compulsory school age shall cause him to receive efficient full-time education suitable; a) to his age, ability, and aptitude, and b) to any special educational needs he may have, either by regular attendance at school or otherwise.”
The freedom to educate children at home is part of the education provision of our society, as is the option to pay for private education. But 93% of children in England attend free State Schools and, if your child turns 5 between
September 1st 2017 and August 31st 2018, now is the time to be looking at how you intend to educate your child, probably by deciding which school you would like them to attend and applying for a place.
How do I choose the best school for my child? There are a number of things you should consider when making this decision: • Does your child need special attention? Are they particularly bright or have particular behaviour patterns? Will the school offer support for Special Needs? • Does your child have specific areas of interest or are they particularly keen on sport? Does your chosen school have the equipment or structure to support these interest, such as bands, choirs, sports teams, computer suites or out-of-school activities? • Do you require wrap-around care? Does your chosen school provide breakfast clubs or after-school care? How much do they cost?
• How big is the school? How big are the classes and what age range is taught in each class? • Does the school suit your family’s religious beliefs? How do they handle religious education? • How would your child get to school? Is there a safe walking route or are school buses available? • Does the school have an active PTA? Would you like to be involved in this side of school life? • Does your child have a preference? Would they be happier if they stayed with their friends?
Open Days and Visiting Most Primary Schools have Open Days or will be happy to arrange for you to visit. Go prepared with an idea of what you are looking for. Some suggestions of things worth noting are: A happy school with high morale A warm and welcoming atmosphere Cheerful and friendly children (and staff) High quality and varied work, displayed with pride Relaxed staff Enthusiasric children who ask, as well as answer questions An air of concentration and hard work, but don’t expect silence Any other resources you or your child consider important, such as a good library, computer suite, sports facilities, arts and science equipment.

iona Drayton is an experienced mother of two who, until recently, has been working as part of the team at local Children’s Centres. She has now decided the time is right for her to step away from that role and will be bringing a programme of ‘Mini Me Time’ classes to Calderdale in January 2017. She has told us more about what the classes offer and why she has taken it up.
Bringing A Positive, Nurturing Touch (and much more) to Calderdale “Like all new parents, I recall the early days of parenthood as a period of nervous trepidation, exhaustion and, at times, utter mystery. Whilst my newborn bought joy, excitement and promise, my day to day life was changed beyond recognition. I remember enlisting on a baby massage course, in an attempt to get some sort of social life back. When I arrived I wasn’t sure which entrance to use or where to put the buggy. Everyone else seemed to know one another, they knew all the songs, the routine, how to breastfeed comfortably in front of others, how to change their baby without there being some kind of melt down (from either parent or baby) and their babies did not cry. Ever! I felt I had a lot of catching up to do. “This all took place almost 11 years ago. The children are now in primary school and, despite those rocky first months and the steep learning curve, they survived. They are happy and I am immensely proud of them. “Over more recent years, during my work at Children Centres, I have gained experience working with families both on a one-to-one basis and in groups. I have learnt that parents and carers require an environment where they can learn how to get to know their baby

as an individual, whilst building the confidence to parent in a way which is unique and personal to them. It was this experience let me to Charlotte Daly, founder of ‘Mini Me Time’. “Charlotte’s approach is that participation should benefit the parent or carer and baby equally; activities are led by the baby’s needs so that the parent or carer can learn to respond appropriately. The classes being offered provide just this; an open door into your baby’s world as you learn his or her cues, likes and dislikes. This was something I wanted to be part of so I took the giant leap in to the world of ‘Mini Me Time’ Instructor. “’Mini Me Time’ is a child led company, run by mums. This means all instructors fully understand the needs of parents as we have been there and done it; sleepless nights, weaning, potty training, etc. The range of services and classes we offer have been carefully designed and developed specifically for 0-5’s. For infants there is Mini Massage, Mini Yoga, Mini Groovers and Mini

Sign. Once baby is on the move we offer Mini Gym, Mini Movers and Mini Fit. There really is a class for everyone, at every stage of development. “We also believe that one of the most important things for all parents with young children is a social circle; having the opportunity to share experiences, ideas and the challenges we face. That is why all Mini Me Time classes allow time, after class, for parents to chat, socialize, make friends and have a drink and a biscuit. Central to Mini Me Time’s values is the importance that every class allows parents and carers to feel part of an inclusive group, where they can express themselves freely and respond to their baby’s needs as they would at home. “Mini Me Time classes are currently being offered across West Yorkshire including Leeds, Bradford, Kirklees, and Calderdale, as well as Rossendale in Lancashire. They are all delivered by fully trained and DBS checked instructors who have all experienced parenthood first hand. “I am both delighted and excited to have been given the opportunity to join Charlotte and her team and look forward to delivering Mini Me Time classes in Halifax and the Upper Valley for you and your family.”

Castle Hill and the Victoria Tower here’s the best place to fly your kite on a breezy autumn day? Where you can enjoy a picnic in a sheltered nook and climb an historic tower to enjoy farreaching views? We packed up kites, footballs and cricket gear and headed to Castle Hill in Huddersfield for a day of fun in the fresh air. Arguably one of the area’s most recognisable landmarks, Castle Hill is thought to have been a geographical signpost since prehistoric times. Once home to a Norman Castle, the hill is now topped by the grade II listed Victoria Tower, constructed to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee and which takes the combined height of the hill and tower to around 1,000 feet above sea level. Unsurprisingly, this is a great place to fly kites. On any reasonably fine day you can watch dads showing off their skills and mums and kids diving for cover as kites soar and plummet on the breeze. And it’s a great destination for al fresco diners. On what passes for a calm day, you can spread out your rug and take in 360 degree views which stretch for miles while the kids scamper off onto one of the flat stretches of land to play. And if the breeze is a bit too bracing, fear not for there’s a veritable warren of sheltered dips and ravines. And there’s plenty of parking at the top of the hill so you don’t have to carry your picnic
basket too far. We braved the prospect of a good climb and decided to check out the views from the top of the tower. For the princely sum of £1.85 for adults, 55p for children and £3.70 for families (2 adults and 2 children), you can head to the top and marvel at the incredible vista. According to legend, if you stand on top of the Victoria Tower and look east, the next point you will see is the Ural Mountains in central Russia. I can’t claim to have spotted these but we could definitely make out Brighouse and Clifton Common from the viewing platform.
Opening days and times of the tower vary throughout the year. See the website for the full information. By Kate Wobschall

If you’re not sure whether you or your child has had all the routine vaccinations, ask your GP or practice nurse to find out for you. It may be possible to “catch up” later in life. Try to make sure you or your child have vaccinations delivered on time to ensure protection. If you’re going to be away from the GP surgery when a vaccination is due, talk to your doctor. It may be possible to arrange for vaccination at a different location. For more information please visit www.nhs.uk

Q Since starting to breastfeed my
baby, six months ago, I am getting a pain in my wrists that my doctor suggests may be “Mother’s Wrist”. I know this is a repetitive strain injury but can this be due to the breastfeeding and how can stop it from getting worse?
A De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, aka
“mother’s wrist” causes pain on the thumb side of the hand when making a fist or rotating the hand. It also affects gardeners, golfers and racket-sports players but the hormonal changes during pregnancy make new mothers particularly susceptible. Contrary to what you may think, it isn’t just people who work with computers who are at risk from RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). Anyone who sits still for long periods and uses repetitive movements or anyone repeating the same action again and again is at risk. This can include lots of things new parents do, such as holding baby on one hip which increases tension in your back, picking baby up repeatedly and yes, holding them awkwardly, especially while feeding. RSI does not describe a particular problem but is an umbrella term for a range of painful conditions. These include tendinitis, tenosynovitis, nerve trapping, muscle tension, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve system tension and many more. The two most important factors in RSI are overuse or overstrain of soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves) and poor posture, with stress as an additional common component. Have you ever shaken out an aching hand after gripping a pen too hard? Even our hobbies and sports, squeezed into our spare time, can put us at risk. Under these circumstances tendons can become inflamed, nerves trapped, muscles tight and knotted and joints stiff, limiting blood supply. The effect can begin gradually starting with mild intermittent symptoms but, if the activity continues, it may become more severe until it is too painful to carry on. Unfortunately this is the point at which people tend to first seek GP advice or come for physio treatment. The good news is, as with many soft tissue conditions, recovery is swiftest and
Physio & Therapies in Todmorden offers treatments for a wide range of family health issues. If you have any questions, queries or concerns you would like to ask an expert about please get in touch by any of the methods shown on page 3.
They have a wide range of specialists including Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Nutritionist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Homeopath and other Therapists to answer your questions.
most complete if caught early. Look out for these early warning signs of an RSI condition and, if you are concerned that you may be developing an RSI condition, consult your GP or visit a Chartered Physiotherapist who can treat the problem and give advice as to future prevention: • Pain, stiffness, tingling or numbness in an area during a certain task • Relief on stopping that task • Aching or stiffness after prolonged inactivity, particularly in the morning • Swelling or warmth to touch of the painful area Symptoms are most common in the thumb, fingers, wrist, neck, shoulders, or shoulder blade area. In order to reduce the risk of developing an RSI, or to ease the symptoms of one you have, think about the following: • POSTURE - sit with a straight spine, relaxed shoulders and supported arms. When breastfeeding ensure you use a pillow under your baby so you don’t hunch over, or even better a specialist nursing pillow – this should allow you to feed hands free! • EQUIPMENT - ergonomically correct chairs, desks and other equipment are widely available. When sitting on a sofa make sure your feet are on the ground and use a cushion to support your low back. • BREAKS - a short break every half an hour is advised, get up and move around to release tension and improve blood flow. • STRETCHES - flexibility of joints, muscles and nerves can prevent tightness building up, a Physiotherapist can advise or classes such as Yoga or Pilates can be helpful. • EXERCISE - overall body fitness is vital to basic health of body tissues, regular exercise such as walking is simple and effective. • VARIETY - try to ensure that work and spare time are spent in different positions.
Computer work all day and sewing all evening may NOT be a good idea! • The Alexander Technique, a postural and tension release technique, can also be effective. In a case of “Mother’s Wrist”, brought on by breastfeeding, symptoms can be eased by checking your forearm, wrist, and hand are in a straight line when feeding and you are not bending your wrist to hold your baby’s head. Take frequent breaks from any hand-intensive activity and allow your hand and wrist to rest in a neutral position. If possible, carry your child with both arms or use a baby carrier and, if you use a pushchair, place your palms on top of the handles to minimise the tendency to bend your wrists. Most importantly, as with any other musculo-skeletal pain, do not put up with it – seek help from your GP or a book an appointment with a Chartered Physiotherapist – it’s much easier to treat early rather than when it’s been affecting your life for ages! Lynne Midwinter Physiotherapist
