This year’s Fall Parade of Homes returns to the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, September 28 thru October 13 and marks the 66th consecutive year of being proudly presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. Join us as we showcase 269 new homes that have been built by 79 builders in our eight county area. This is a true testament to the tenacity and commitment of the dedicated people in the housing industry including developers, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, sponsors and our staff. It is also a tribute to current and aspiring homeowners who believe in the dream of homeownership and the fundamental values it cre-
ates including strong neighborhoods, better schools, closer communities and even stronger families. Marketing & Negotiation Skill Sessions Featured at the Home Show-Fall Edition The HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) will host a special education event at the Fall Home Show, Friday, September 6 at the Overland Park Convention Center. Come learn top strategies for negotiating contracts and marketing your business. The cost for each class includes a ticket to the Fall Home Show. Pay $75 to attend both classes and receive a year-long membership to the HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council. Receive two hours per class of continuing education credit for Kansas City Missouri.
