Chairperson’s Message by Shawn Stranathan
I hope everyone had a good time at this year’s annual Remodelers Golf Tournament and enjoyed their time doing something other than being in the office. Thank you to the sponsors, committee and HBAL staff who helped set up another successful event. I’m already looking forward to next year and another day out of the office. This summer is going by quickly. Kids are back in school and our first Husker game of the season is right around the corner. That means fall is almost here. Most summers I think we are busy and our phone can’t possibly ring more. Then fall hits, we see a few days of cooler temperatures and I realize I was wrong, the phone can ring more. To keep that phone ringing consistently all year, we strive to provide top notch service and a high-quality final product no matter what part of this business we are in. Happy clients lead to referrals, positive reviews, repeat business and future work. One of the quickest ways to stop all these good things from happening is poor communication. So make sure the phone is being answered with a smile, calls are being returned, questions are answered and your clients or potential clients are all in the loop and know their project is your top priority.
